I almost never do this as I am a positive person and really work to give people the benefit of the doubt. Only posting to let Panda Express Corporate know what is going on here in Ardmore since the woman would not let us speak with a manager. The service was absolutely Horrible! The woman gave my wife the wrong order and then said my wife was wrong when she called up there about it. My wife has her receipt in hand showing different and the woman still said she gave her what she ordered. Customer service is so important. I hate to say it but we won’t go back to this location as long as the woman (Teflon Green) is working there. Maybe she can find her place in life but customer service is certainly not her forte.

Branson was from what we observed, the only English speaking employee and the others just would NOT work with him. They were not listening to what he needed when servings were running low, they were out of 80% of the lineup, laughing at him & not communicating how long an item was being cooked until he could serve it. He tried so hard to make it right for us and it was ALL THE FAULT of the rest of the staff. All of them looked at us and NOT A ONE of them greeted us except the white English speaking employee. Now, what is up with that?! 37 minutes because your staff is clearly prejudice and unwilling to help. Read moreWhen Panda first opened it was awesome. We were very glad they opened one in Ardmore since we had always had to go to Gainesville Tx. The portions were large and everything freshly cooked and very nice people working there. As time has gone by the portions have gotten smaller, more rice or vegetables than the meat. Today we go in and half the things were empty I ask the girl if they were making anymore. She says rolling her eyes no. I had to eat what was there. Then she processed to tell me the girl cooking was new. We left and went someplace else to eat. Panda if your going to have your restaurant a buffet every thing should be fresh at all times. Even if it has to be thrown away that’s just the cost of doing business.
