QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Ardmore

I am not typically a Qdoba fan. I have eaten at two different locations, one in OKC, and one in Weatherford, and I have been underwhelmed both times. Mostly due to bad service and underseasoned food. Today, my boyfriend and I decided to give this location a try. He has never eaten at any location previously, but my daughter insisted he should try it. We were greeted by a kind young lady who asked us to take a look at the menu while she completed an online order that she was working on. Within a few minutes she was ready to take our order. I chose a steak fajita bowl and as I went down the line she patiently waited for me to make my selection of toppings. My boyfriend ordered a fajita beef quesadilla. As it was his first time, he had questions about what was included in the quesadilla and what sauces he could get and about the different salsa options. The young lady was very patient and answered every question that he had without making him feel as though she was too busy to assist him. I have not had better customer service at any restaurant in Ardmore. She was amazing! We took the order to go. The meals were delicious. The grilled beef and fajita vegetables were seasoned perfectly, and the queso was delicious. We will definitely be adding this specific location into our favorite...

I recently visited Qdoba, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The first thing that struck me was the freshness of the ingredients; you can really taste the quality in every bite. The customization options are amazing—whether you’re in the mood for a burrito, bowl, or tacos, you can pick exactly what you want, and the variety of toppings and proteins means you never have to order the same thing twice!

The service was outstanding. Susie went above and beyond to check on us, making sure our table was clean and even helping with our trash, which added such a welcoming touch. She truly made us feel at home!

I also learned that the owner, Eric, takes great pride in the restaurant, and it shows. The place is clean, well-organized, and you can tell there’s a lot of care put into every detail. It’s wonderful to see such commitment to both the food and the customer experience.

Overall, I left feeling full and satisfied without breaking the bank. Qdoba is my go-to for fresh, flavorful Mexican-inspired food that’s fast, affordable, and comes with fantastic service....

One employee was rude while we were ordering with his manager right next to him not saying anything. He was on his phone the entire time while we ate our food in plain view of patrons with his manager standing next to him counting money not saying anything to him. Most of the tables were dirty, floors dirty, drink station dirty, bathrooms disgusting, and this employee just on his phone while the manager says nothing. Other employees were busy cleaning the kitchen and store.
