Came here to leave a review of the terrible experience but seems I’m late to the party.
Showed up to drive through at 7:38 with nobody inside and one car already at the window. Pulled up and waited 6 minutes, but assumed it was a large order in front of me. Nope. 1 iced coffee. I pull up and wait 4 minutes as employees inside stand around and blue haired girl finally comes to the window (high I would guess) and asks me what I ordered. 1 ice cream cone. I wait another 6 minutes. Not a single person moves towards the ice cream. Eventually the girl comes back to the computer to now take the car behind me’s order. I tap the horn to get someone’s attention. Another woman there (I assume a manager on duty) gives me the 1 minute gesture. And eventually comes to the window. She now asks me what I was waiting for (she’s seemingly frustrated that I’ve bothered her). Yes a 3rd employee now asking me what I ordered. I tell her my order and I frustratingly explain I’ve waited now over 15 minutes for 1 ice cream cone she gives me the over-exuberant sarcastic smile as if I’m somehow in the wrong for being frustrated at the situation. she then closes the window and turns her back to me at the window.
I leave a minute later. Will never come back. Whoever franchises this one is a joke to allow for this to be an ongoing issue for months and months based on other reviews. Reaching out to corporate tomorrow. So many hard-working and able bodied people out there in need of work and yet THESE are the people they have working. I understand the blue haired teen stoned out her mind doesn’t care much but to have who I assume is the leader in there allow their only paying customer at that moment to wait for 15 minutes for 1 thing is pretty...
Read moreMy husband and I thought it would be a nice treat to get ice cream after the Rockies v. Diamondbacks game. Upon entry to the store it was very slow and very dirty. 2 young men were working and it was filthy in the store, spoons all over the counter, dried ice cream all over the counter and the dine-in area was in disarray. The workers were wearing gloves but touching money, cones and everything else. The back counter was full of trash, trash on the floor, food left out and very dirty on the back counter. When asked what we would like I wanted Mint chocolate chip and dude said they were out but the other worker just brought a tub of mint chip from the back. Then we asked for chocolate and he said they were out. Probably also in the back but he was too lazy to get. The guy assisting us wasn’t making any effort to ask us what we wanted and we had to repeat ourselves 4 times. The health department should make a special trip to see the condition of this store and management or ownership should take more effort in finding people that actually want to work there. The gentleman that assisted us definitely did not care about his job. We won’t be returning to...
Read moreI recently visited what must be the absolute worst Baskin-Robbins in existence. The moment I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming stench that could only be described as a mix of sour milk and despair.
The trash situation was beyond atrocious - bins were overflowing with garbage, creating a mini landfill right in the middle of the store. It seemed like they hadn't seen a trash collector in weeks, or perhaps they were just auditioning for a role in "Hoarders: Ice Cream Edition."
Bathrooms? Forget about it. They were locked, supposedly "for employees only." I guess they figured if customers had to go, they could just use the overflowing trash as a makeshift latrine.
And the toppings? Don't even get me started. There were no options - just a lonely, caramel.
In summary, if you're looking for where cleanliness and customer service go to die, this Baskin-Robbins is your spot. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy the a place scent of disappointment with...
