Leasing a salon suite here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. From the moment I toured the space, I felt confident that this would be the perfect environment to grow my business and serve my clients in a more private, personalized setting.
Having my own space has also allowed me to control my schedule, set my own prices, and offer a more curated experience—something I couldn’t fully do when working in a traditional salon.
Jamie, the leasing agent has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She was transparent about leasing terms, quick to respond to questions, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed.
Having a private suite has elevated my professionalism and improved my work-life balance. My clients appreciate the one-on-one attention and quiet environment, and I've been able to build stronger relationships because of it.
If you're a stylist, esthetician, nail tech, or beauty professional looking to take the next step in your career, I highly recommend considering a salon suite. It’s an empowering move that gives you the independence and flexibility...
Read moreMy stylist of the last two years has a suite here. Over the past 6 months or so it has started to smell like smoke (tobacco) and it just keeps getting worse. I usually go in at 8am but today I was there at 11:30 and the smell was unbearable. As soon as I opened the door to the Collective I was hit by a thick layer of tobacco smoke and it is DISGUSTING. I was there for less than an hour and now my clothes smell like smoke. From what I have gathered, it's coming from the cigar bar next door and the management office (in Texas) isn't doing anything about it. I love my stylist and not sure what to do at this point. I feel like I'm being exposed to second hand smoke which cannot be healthy for me, let alone the people that have to work there all day.

Read moreI think the atmosphere of the cafe itself is pretty nice and nice to sit down and get some work done at! However, because it's located with a lot of salons within the building, there's a lot of white noise and high pitched hair dryer sounds (but if you don't mind that then it should be fine!). The coffee is sub-par, it's basically just a lot of syrup and milk with the espresso flavor hardly coming through. As a matcha lover, I do not recommend getting the matcha here- it tastes...
