Worst experience I’ve ever had at a basic wing restaurant! Silverware is filthy floors are filthy and sticky, no hostess at the host stand, no pleasantries, or overall staff from host to management seems to be worthless or overworked or mad,. I’ve never dealt with so many people on auto pilot in one place. Waitress did not listen while I was giving my order brought the wrong food one time and didn’t place the order that was included in my original order. And when I reported the wrong order, I was treated with disrespect and lack of regard. Silverware on the table was filthy. Sent the order back corrected. The order and tired to eat but I was still frustrated with how I was treated. When she finally came around to ask for anything else we asked for water, and I gave her my card to pay the bill. She came back the bill was overcharged so I asked to see a manager manager wouldn’t come out. I asked for the manager again finally the guy came out, and I attempted to tell him about my experience, and he walked away from me. Did not try to correct. It did not try to do anything not even an apology I wasn’t looking to have my meal comped. I was looking to try to make him understand how frustrating or how dissatisfied I was with their service, and all I got was a further slap in the face. I will not only never go there again anybody I know within the neighborhood I will share my experience with. I hope that me sharing this experience here will help deter you from going to such a lousy spot. Today’s date is August 20. Read moreI had low expectations for customer service at BWW, given past experiences, but tonight was a whole new level. Upon arrival, we waited to be seated while two employees at the to-go station were engrossed in flirting with each other. Despite making eye contact multiple times and waiting for five minutes, they continued to ignore us. Frustrated, my partner suggested we try the bar for better service. That turned out to be a mistake.
We sat at the bar, waiting over 20 minutes for the bartender/waiter to acknowledge us and provide menus. When she finally did ( Shelby), she took our drink orders and then vanished again. Another 15 minutes passed before she reappeared. We were hungry, so we decided to scan the QR code on the table and place our order online. I opted for the endless boneless wing deal, adding 10 wings, while my partner chose a chicken sandwich.
Despite placing our order, we waited another 20 minutes with no sign of our food. Meanwhile, a nearby customer received their order promptly after placing it just five minutes earlier. When our server finally returned, I asked her to confirm the endless wing deal and how it worked. Shockingly, she informed me that I couldn't avail of the deal because I hadn't ordered directly through her. When I questioned the difference, her response was simply, "You didn't order from me; that's the difference."
At this point, my visit to BWW seemed utterly pointless since I didn't want only 10 wings, and ordering more wouldn't make sense. To add insult to injury, when our wings finally arrived after almost 40 minutes, they were ice cold, having been left out for too long without being properly heated.

Server Hamilton charged my card for a lot more than what the receipt he brought to my table stated. 5 minutes after I sign and left a tip during my drive home I realized the overpayment. I called the manager and asked to speak to him, Clint, and his response was denial and that I'm lying. I came in to show him my bank transaction and my receipt and he couldn't explain why I was overcharged and rather said his employees don't do that and I'm lying then asked me to leave. I asked to see the original receipt I signed and it was in fact lower than the bank transaction. I asked Clint if he can help me understand why I was charged a lot more than what the receipt stated that was brought to me for my signature and he became combative and told me to leave. I contacted the regional office and waiting to hear from them but bottom line, check your receipts and match them to your bank statements when going to this location. I will never come back to this location again and I'm very disappointed in the manager Clint and the server Hamilton for such a horrible experience.
