When I first ordered from the drive thru, the male employee ( Roberto) was condescending. I get up to pay for my food and it takes awhile. He hands me my card but is handing it to me backwards and drops it on the ground and didn't say anything or acknowledge that he did it. I get out to retrieve it. Then watch him take my side out of my bag and place it in another orders bag. He hands me my food without my side. I ask him for it. He tells me to pull ahead because they are making biscuits. I pull ahead and wait an additional 7 to 10 minutes while watching multiple cars leave the drive thru. I go in and ask for a manager. He tells me that she's not there. She comes out from the back and is immediately rude and asking what I want. I got very irate at her behavior and she persisted to escalate the situation and threaten to call the police if I did not leave. I told her that I want my money back or my side that I paid for. At this point another male employee comes around the side of me like he was going to attack me from the side. I confront him about it and got very verbal and the manager gave me the side I ordered and I left. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Employees there obviously have 0 training in customer service and may be being encouraged to fight customers? Absolutely uncalled for. No one should visit this restaurant. Read moreI normally love this store because the manager is friendly. However, today, My experience with Roberto and Leena is unimaginable. Other than forgetting 1 item in my order and had to drive back to get them, I discovered that they actually forgot 2 items. Upon informing them about it, Roberto argued with me that he only knows of one time missing not two. As if I would lie to get more biscuits when I still have some at home, not opened. I just would like to get what i ordered. Roberto also lied being the manager and Lena told me to lower my voice, as they are not getting paid enough for this, as her co-team member continue to tell me that only one item is missing and not the biscuits too.
