3 STRIKES AND YOUR OUT!!!!! 3 Times this month I had to go back because the order was made wrong or I got the wrong order, WHATS GOING ON AT THIS PLACE, Plus the woman that took my order one time made the excuse, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM and walked away all hot under the collar. Moving on to greener pastures tired of having to make 2 trip for one order and being treated like this by an employee, probably felt like she didnt have to work and didn't wanna be there, after all it was a monday 2 out of the 3 times. GOOD BYE!!!!

BOY DID I MAKE A MISTAKE GOING BACK INTO THIS PLACE!!!!! Tortillas were as hard as a cracker I think a cracker is softer. Why is it when I ordered two burros one tortilla was soft and the other burro tortilla was hard like a cracker? Taco Bell bean burro had more beans inside then this place. So sad this place has gone down hill week after week from employees with bad attitudes and rude to food portions that make Taco Bell look very good. YOU WONT SEE ME ANYTIME SOON IVE HAD IT WITH FEDERICOS Dysart & Camelback. O-ya your drive thru employees need to go to ETIQUETTE class's ASAP, No thank-yous and no "your welcomes" just a nasty stare!!!!! Am here at the drive thru right now. Ordered my food. She repeats the order incorrect. I repeat the order. Once again she repeats it incorrect. I tell her to let me know when she is ready. I once again repeat my order. 3 small tacos de asada, 1 small taco de adobada, 1 large taco de tripa (medium cooked), 1 torta de pollo, 1 horchata, and 1 Jamaica. As you can see in the pics, I was given 4 tacos de tripa overly cooked and 1 de adobada, plus the torta and drinks. I was charged for 6 tacos! I'm lucky that I pulled over and checked. I go back and have to wait because only the drive thru is open. Once I'm at the window the lady acknowledge me but ignored me for a minute or two. She came up and I asked for a refund. She asked me what was wrong, I opened the box and said this is not the order. She argued with me that there where 3 tacos de asada there. I was like really, Where? She said let me take it to the cook. I just asked for a refund nicely. She said OK, but let me get the drinks back. I got my refund but not my wasted time at this place. Food is pretty...

Waited long for our food then realized they forgot our drink. we were sitting at the window thinking someone was going to bring it. Few minutes pass and i see someone so i try to wave for her attention, she looks and keeps walking. Then comes another employee and so i try to wave at her for help and instead she laughs and waves hi and walks away. Then her and a giggling coworker come to the window and i tell her we are missing our drink she says okay and closes the window then comes back and asks if i ordered a drink . I say yes and she closes the window AGAIN then comes back to ask for the receipt while still giggling away i have to look for my reciept then give it to her and finally she brings my drink and with a big smile and sarcastically says here you go thank you have a GREAT DAY!!! Hopefully federicos other locations do not tolerate this type of behavior from their staff as it is very unprofessional and unnecessary. And to top it off the taquitos were so hard my...
