Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arizona

I placed a order and selected delivery entered my home address and the after an hour of waiting called to check on my order. I was transferred to a call center outside the country for a restaurant that's 5 mins from my house! Then after 20 mins of a run around on the phone and finally being able to talk to someone who works at the store in this country. I was told that my store for delivery is a further location!!??? Why would I have to place an order to a site further away from my house?? Now my food has been sitting for over an hour to be picked up and the young man who took my call could offer me nothing but a 2 liter of soda!!!! Pizza Hut charges you less for a Pizza with just cheese and more for a pizza with just pepperoni and no cheese. This doesn't make sense! I know cheese is much more expensive than pepperonis yet you charge me more to make it without cheese. My order saves you money and doesn't require additional work to make, yet you upcharge me!

P.S. I reached out to corporate asking why they did this and they never replied back. Cool,...

Ordered delivery said the wait was 25-35 minutes, wait over an hour and we still didn’t have the food so decided to call and they tell us that they don’t offer delivery for this location. We have to go pick it up and they forget to give us one of the items. Never had this bad of an experience and won’t be ordering...
