I came through the drive through and my order was wrong and I didn’t mention a food allergy, so that was on me for not being specific as to what to leave off and why. I was already home and yes, exhausted but I called to let them know and they immediately apologized and offered to remake the entire order…I didn’t need that and thanked them for the offer. When I got back, my order was clarified and I told him to make only what was wrong, nothing more. They were so nice and apologetic, the order came out fast and I remembered ice and he wouldn’t let me pay for it. Nice guy but he didn’t have to. New employees do make mistakes, old employees too, it happens. This location is so professional, friendly and when I went in to read the menu, the same gentleman helped answer my questions.
As a business owner, I do appreciate when others make the effort to go above and beyond, and I will never ask for extras I didn’t pay for, like many do here.
I do recommend this Burger King location, the food is tasty, it actually does look like how it’s advertised, and the crew is professional.

I redeemed 500 crowns for two orders of value fries and had a code for the burger and other order of fries for $4.99. The male employee at the window, asked if the codes were for the food I ordered at the box. I said, "Yes." He got upset and said I should have told him that at the speaker box. I kindly told him, " I'm sorry I did not know that." Apparently, he had to re-ring my order to use the codes. I asked why they did not have a sign at the speaker box stating to provide codes? He said, " Ugh, we used to but management made us take it down." He only used one of my codes because if there were two it would delete my order.
