UPDATE 08/01/2025– 180° Improvement: I recently returned after receiving a thoughtful follow up from the management team, and I’m so glad I gave it another try. The experience was completely different in the best way! The drive-thru line moved quickly, staff were warm and attentive, and the food was fresh and spot on. The team seemed in sync and positive. It truly felt like the Chick-fil-A standard everyone knows and loves. Big thanks to the management team for listening and following through. I really appreciate the effort, and I’ll definitely be returning!
EDIT: 2 month update: I hate it here. The service takes so long, even if I go early in the morning and there’s only me! Even on mobile orders or curbside pick ups. There’s faster service at the locations with dines ins! And i heard how their manager talks to their employees and it’s seems so toxic that it myself, as a customer felt the chain effect of how the manager treats the employees because I don’t receive that same great customer service that chik fil A is known for. I asked for my ice cream cone that was not given to me with the rest of my order, and the employee just seemed so frustrated and annoyed I asked! So yeah. Just warning yall what to expect. Had high hopes and was absolutely disappointed.
DRIVE THRU Location only. NO DINE IN. You can walk up and order at the window and they have an outside patio seating area. I don’t think it’s the best idea for ARIZONA since well…. You know how are summers are! Friendly and speedy service. Although I did order a mobile order and it took much longer than the walk up window orders. Read moreThe Higley and baseline Chick-fil-A is different than any other Chick-fil-A. If you are going to support a Chick-fil-A, go to another Chick-fil-A! Any other Chick-fil-A! Really any other Chick-fil-A has outstanding service. They always get your order right and have friendly people. You will not find any of the above at the Higley and baseline Chick-fil-A! I have had my order done wrong more times than I can count at this location. None of these times have I ever left a review because I understand human error. Tonight was different. I had placed a mobile order and we showed up right before 10 o’clock and the driveway was being blocked by the attendant. She said pull around. She will go check on it. She never came back out and addressed us so my wife went up to the window just to hear the manager say we are not going to do anything about it. I then went up to the window and knocked to talk to the manager as she blatantly ignored me. As I went around the corner and asked her to speak to her manager, she said she was the only manager that I was that she was the only person to talk to . After asking several times, she gave me what she said was Williams number. William is supposed to be the owner, if you’re reading this William, you are doing something wrong!!! If every other Chick-fil-a I’ve been to been has impeccable service and this is the only one that always has reoccurring problems then the problem must be with how it is ran. Read moreNo doubt something has changed about the fries Ive been eating religiously for 2 years. Im a food allergy sufferer and Chikfila WAS the only safe fries of all restaurants! I cant eat anything else at chikfila but the fries. And without warning or notification, that has changed! Ironically, I tell them every day "please do a glove change for allergies". And it never occured to anyone to say "Just so you know, our recipe has changed, so you might be allergic to the fries now!" As I attempt to get the exact answers on their faulty website, I get a "404-Gone Grazin!" and Im stuck in a loop. No matter what store location I choose, I cannot get the ingredients to the fries so I can confirm why Im having reactions to eating them! They need to do a better job of keeping the public informed of what they are putting in their bodies! Food allergies are becomming more and more prevalent. And not everyone has only the common 8! Please have respect for everyone, they should have an obligation to make this information EASILY ACCESSIBLE by anyone who trusts them to prepare food they are going to be putting in their body which can and will affect the health and well being of everyone who eats it! The food is acquired at the store location, not online. The ingredients of such food should also be able to be acquired at the store location as well and not have to jump through hoops on their website page after page of answering questions with multiple choice answers that wont even let me type my own words!
