The BNK Cafe — Restaurant in Arlington

We stopped by for a quick drink to go. Got the Vietnamese Egg coffee and it was pretty good! The whipped egg whites were smooth and perfectly sweet! The whipped egg and coffee were pre made so sweetness cannot be adjusted. I found the coffee slightly bitter so I actually added some sugar then stirred with the whipped egg. The menu listed it as $8 which is pretty steep for coffee but it turned out to be $6.48 post tax. I did mind that my plastic spoon had minor dust on it upon closer inspection which is why I prefer individually wrapped utensil over unwrapped as it can lay there exposed to the environment. This has been one of the BEST Vietnamese restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of eating at. The Bun Bo Hue was rich and decedent. The meat was so tender and the broth was extremely delicious. The noodles were perfect in every way. Definitely recommend, plus they have karaoke after 9pm! The Ban Mi Ha Xiu was so delicious and the pork perfectly seasoned and cooked! We came here thanks to the ad placed in a church bulletin to support a new business as they just opened 2 weeks ago. We were very impressed with food as well as its presentation and authentication. The portion is huge and tasty. Highly recommend the egg rolls and the bun rieu. We will definitely be back to try other items in the menu.
