First and Foremost I come to this place all the time spend alot every time I get an avalanche unicorn with gummy bears. When your waiting 20 and 30 mins and still don’t get what you came for is quite frustrating. Well they have been forgetting to add my gummy bears so one time I waited like 30 mins before i even got back to the window and let them know they did not put them and they remade it well this one particular day right before they closed I stopped by and I reminded the girl at the window "hey did they put gummy bears?" she says "let me ask" she comes back and guess what ? when i eaten a little off the top no gummy bears! so i called and was told by a team member to come back the following day they were about to close. I chose to go back another day because i work near grand prairie and i always stop by. Well the manager says they don't do remakes and don't know why i was mislead. It was so unprofessional and unpleasant because i even showed her receipts. I was a manager before and i know how it is but customers satisfactory is what matters! I will never go back to this place and nobody should they only care anout themselves its not even about the gummy bears anymore it's about doing whats right! I'm sure the person that told me to come back was right in there! Also all of the managers are young girls they don't know what to do in these situations. A mature manager would've accommodated...

I drove 20 minutes from my home on a lovely Memorial Day to get some Bahama bucks, when I got there, I ordered a blue coconut cream and specifically ask the lady to add extra cream onto the snow cone when I received the snow cone. It had a lot of cream drizzled on the top, but there was no cream in the center of the snow cone like it had been on previous visits, so I gave them a call and explained that my snow cone did not have cream and they asked me to drive back up there to get more cream so I drove 20 minutes away again to get more cream for the snow cone expecting that they would remake the snow cone since it was pretty melted into a slushy by this point but instead they just drizzled more cream on top of the slushy and handed it back to me. The young lady the drive-through rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a new snowcone. I then proceeded to just take the snow cone that I had and drove away because I did not want them to tamper with the snow cone or make work harder for them. All I wanted was the snow cone I ordered and payed for , not sure why that...

They have no clue what they are doing here I asked for a super sour cherry slush and he told me about this sour patch sauce...turns out it's very nasty and I told them he said scrape it off the top...so I scraped thie whole top off. And nope it was thru out the whole thing. So I asked for another so they hand me a new "regular" cherry slush with the the top cut off even though I didn't eat the other one.

Update* did you not read I told the guy it was nasty and it didn't taste sour at all and the middle was white. He added some sour cherry and it was still nasty. So my wife brought it up there for me I only took two damn bites of it and was told ton scrape the top off. He specifically said it was sauce put on top not the while damn thing. And I'm fine with getting the same amount back but the fact that it was regular cherry again when I said sour cherry the first time. Nobody was trying to scam u out of ice. Thanks for the smartass...
