Can't speak for the restaurant's food, but this is a decent stop for one's bubble/boba milk tea fix. They serve milk and fruit teas, and I appreciate how clear the signs are about which ones do and don't have caffeine.

All sizes are large (24 oz) and approximately ~$7. They can adjust sugar and ice levels, even for the fruit drinks, which I liked that they weren't so sweet.

The best bubble tea in the area - they use actual petals for the ingredients that include that type of thing, e.g., the lavender and rose. They also nail the classic Thai & Milk bubble teas with just the right amount of sugar/ice which is also customisable so it does not have to be too sweet. The bubble consistency is firm but not too much as to make it just right - can choose to omit if it’s not your thing. This is my visit here and I am so so excited. The staff is very friendly, courteous and of course professional. The store is clean, the lighting is very neat, open and colored lanterns. I am having trying strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba. It is so so delicious and when the strawberry boba burst inside your mouth is heaven.
