Big Daddy’s 2 Pizza & Sub Shop — Restaurant in Arlington

What a shame. Right at the top of my street and looks like I will be walking to the Competitors from now on. I like to support all my businesses but when I ordered a steak and MUSHROOM sub and grabbed Monday large special I was excited. I got home took a bite and realized they forgot the mushrooms. I called they said come on back up and we will fix it for you. ok.. No big deal. I walked back up sub in hand. You forgot the mushrooms. He stuck his fingers in my sub and managed to pull the smallest piece of unnoticeable mushroom from the sub. He dug through both sides to find a Piece. He then took the sub walked over to the grill and added mushrooms to it.. Told me they were in there I just couldn't see them.. Not a new sub the same one he just stuck his hands in... I never had a problem with this restaurant I always order food is always good but today I called for delivery and because they couldn’t hear me or told me to call back they told me to go through Uber eats. I wouldn’t have called if I wanted to use Uber eats I’m already paying enough for my food I don’t need to pay extra taxes and unwanted fee’s so when I finally get my food the delivery guy asked me for a tip in my opinion that is very unprofessional ive worked in a restaurant before and not once have I ever asked a costumer for a tip. Not to mention they messed up my sub because I had to order online instead of on the phone so when they brought my new sub they asked me again for a tip again it’s rude I don’t think that’s professional at all my food was not cooked all the way and soggy and I got poor...

I ordered cheese pizza cheddar poppers with ranch dressing on their menu. They are delivered. The delivery driver left them sitting on the steps. It's freezing outside. I told him I would meet him there. When I get my food upstairs the jalapeno poppers have marinara. The marinara has busted open and made all the jalapeno poppers soggy. I called to ask if I could get new jalapeno poppers with ranch dressing and they said no. I could have french fries. They said the menu changed and they're served with marinara now and it's not their fault. Next time I can get french fries. They did not understand that the marinara that I did not want went all over the jalapeno poppers and made them soggy. Lousy customer service. The pizza was undercooked raw dough.
