On October 28, 2023, I visited my favorite restaurant, Chick-fil-A, and my experience left me quite disappointed. As I stood in line, I was pleasantly surprised when the couple ahead of me insisted that I go ahead of them. Grateful for their kindness, I proceeded to the counter, expecting a pleasant interaction.
However, my encounter with Jasmine, who I later learned was a team leader, took an unexpected turn. She, for some reason, informed me that I was not allowed to cut in line, which puzzled me as I had not cut in line at all. I politely explained to her that the couple ahead had graciously let me go ahead of them. Unfortunately, my attempt to resolve the situation was met with her abrupt departure from the counter, leaving me somewhat bewildered.
In my frustration, I let her know that I often write reviews about my dining experiences with the company and that Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite restaurant. Regrettably, her response was far from what I expected. She expressed, rather rudely, that she "didn't give an f-word about a review."
Shortly after, what I believe was her manager approached me and suggested that I should be nice to her. I found this comment quite off-putting, and it didn't sit well with me. Feeling undervalued and disrespected, I decided to leave the counter.
A manager named Johnathon later approached me to inquire about what had transpired and if I would still like to make a purchase. While I appreciated his attempt to resolve the situation, my experience at this Chick-fil-A location has left me with a different impression. It seems that, in this particular establishment, my money is the only aspect that holds value, and my personal dignity and humanity are overlooked. Chick-fil-A, which has always held a special place in my heart, will never quite be the same for me after...
Read moreFirst of all I don’t really be doing these review things but I just find it so rude the fact that I order a number 6 which was a grilled chicken nuggets (8ct)only cause I never tried them and it would’ve been my first time.so i got my food and it was later in the day around 9 cause they closed around 10pm I believe.me living 15min away as I’m driving home munched on a few fries but didn’t entirely want to eat my meal till I got home.once I got home got I had to settled down and that took like 10min then sat down eat my food I open my nuggets and they’re the regular crispy chicken nuggets and mind you there wasn’t even 8 in the box there were only 7. So I didn’t have time to run back to the restaurant by time I looked at the clock it was already like 9:47pm so I was like I’ll just call tomorrow.called the next day and talk to the manager.don’t even remember her name cause the phone was just so muffled while she spoke but I talked to her told her everything that happens she said that because they could do anything about I guess from the store that she would be able to send a certificate to my email but never got the email and this happend around like last Tuesday and then called that Wednesday and still didn’t receive anything.so that’s why I gave 3 stars.y’all just opened and already messing orders up when I only ordered the simplest thing...
Read moreThis is an urban location twenty feet away from the Metro tunnel entrance. Remarkably not crowded for 11AM. Lots of construction guys as well as regular folks. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would have given five stars but for two things. 1 - the employee forgot to include my ranch and buffalo sauces (minor but annoying since she was the one to ask if I wanted any); 2 - the chicken appears to be of a lesser quality than I remember, the chicken fillet was thin to very thin on at least half of the fillet. I got two sandwiches and it was the same case with both. This is very very disheartening. I will try again at another location and see if it is consistent across stores. If so, then they will have lost a customer. After all, I paid just over $12 for two sandwiches...
