I would give ZERO stars if I could. I usually don't even leave reviews unless it's a terrible experience. This is my second in the last 29 years. The nightmare started when we got my husbands wedding band from the store and had it resized. They were confident that they were able to resize the ring three (3) sizes up. We paid more than a $100 to have it done. They didn't have a jeweler in the store and had it shipped to get it resized. It took 3 weeks to get it done even though they promised it would take around 9 days up to 2 weeks. When we finally got the message that the ring was ready to be picked up and went to the store, they said they couldn't find it. We had to go pick it up two days later, after calling them more than once. No one knew where it was.

After we got the ring, we walked out of the store because we were just glad to have it. When we got home, my husband showed me that his ring was so dented and not even a ring shape anymore. We wanted a refund, but because it was sized, it couldn't be. Even though they messed up the ring WHILE resizing it. I had to make multiple calls to get a refund, which took 2 weeks. It was frustrating to say the least and was a complete waste of my time.

Now, the problem with my wedding ring - I noticed in our wedding photos that one of the diamonds was gone. I didn't wear it until the wedding day, so that means it fell off in just about 3 months while it was in the box, which was unbelievable. However, after we got married in March, ANOTHER diamond in the middle fell out as well. so in less than 5 months, I lost two diamonds. It's not even a fashion jewelry. It's a wedding band, which is meant to last for a long time. It was disappointing and annoying. Every time I looked at my finger, I was reminded that we were probably scammed.

I ended up getting a new band somewhere else because I couldn't trust them to fix anything. My husband also got a new band.

So, if you don't want to lose diamonds on your wedding band within a few months or even weeks, don't buy from here and go somewhere else. Literally everywhere else...

First Time: The staff is nice, but I don’t like it when people waste my time. My repair was promised to be ready NLT Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning to check if I could pick it up and the sales associate said they’d check and call me back. They never called me back so I called again. When I called the second time, the sales associate said that the chain was there waiting for me. I showed up to the store and the chain had never been delivered and they said I’d need to come back. This was after having to call around to locate it as I was waiting in the store. While I can recognize and forgive a mistake it was the lack of customer service in regards to the inconvenience and wasted time that they cost me that was the most upsetting. After getting confirmation that my delivery was there when it in fact was not there they should have found some way to salvage the experience in the end, which they did not.

Second Time: I called days after when they said my piece would be ready. They never gave me a call to notify me that it had come in. When I called they told me it was ready. I got to the store and my chain was still broken and had never been sent out to fix. Again, my time was wasted even after calling before showing up. The manger promised me that they would get it fixed by the next day. Again, when i called days after it was promised, they could not locate the chain.
