One word, YES!

Omg one of my coworkers recommended this place for a sweet treat and I just admit, “he be knowing” allll of the good spots.

I tried an affogato for the first time in Italia, so I was wondering if any places here in the states would live up to the hype. I would say Amorino is as good as it gets!

Their store front is at the Pentagon City Mall, in the food court area. The decor and ambience is 👌🏾. The area is well clean and there’s a good amount of seating considering it’s in the food court area. They have three kiosks where you can order from in addition to ordering directly at the counter.

I ordered the affogato with Pistachio and Stracciatella. It was so delightful! I also didn’t feel miserable after eating/drinking it.

I want to give a special thank you to Marjorie, the amazing server who made both of my visits so memorable! I ordered raspberry ice cream, and when I returned, she remembered exactly what I liked. I asked for raspberry again with a different flavor, She made the base raspberry — then added a beautiful white, floral flavor on top.

Marjorie is incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. Her smile makes you feel confortable the moment you walk in. The shop itself is clean, warm, and inviting, and the ice cream is absolutely delicious. The BEST

Really good gelato ! As I was passing by, a really sweet worker (Tinsae, beautiful name!) was offering samples and I couldn’t help but to try this work of art! She was very kind and made me feel welcomed to try out the flavors. I fell in love with the pistachio. They make their gelato with cones in the shape of a rose and it’s super pretty on top of being super delicious. The shop itself was gorgeous and they do offer other items such as macarons and coffee which I’ll have to come back to try out! Ambience and customer service were great. No notes. Would definitely recommend visiting this location in pentagon mall to help cool you down...
