Came to order food and food was cold and was asked to pull up and was told only 7 mins wait. There were 4-5 cars in the drive thru and all of the cars were gone by the time I got my food. I waited over 15 mins for food and then to get it dry and dark spots on it..ridiculous service. They told me that oh I can refund you. I walked into location and the location and the store was absolutely filthy and tables were disgusting. As I tried to speak with the manager about my situation they provided an horrible inconvenience and managers seemed to be poorly trained. The manager (Stephanie) and Inez and Candace showed no empathy or any good customer service due to this matter. My family and I will never step foot back into this location ever. (11/09/2019) -8:50PM
(11/10/2019) Update! Inez and Candace also refunded me but not my full amount...so now I have to go back for a 3rd time to get the rest of my money when I told Inez that the refund receipt did not show full amount and Inez assured me that it would be the full amount.
Returned the following day because I noticed on my debit card they charged me for a side item and ice when I returned the side item. I kindly asked if I can have my money back and they told me because it is a different day we cannot give you your money back which is STEALING, and on top of that they told me if I didn’t leave they would call the police on me! Read moreSo the food here is fine and good let's get that out of the way. Now the management here doesn't make a lot of sense. My friend and I come in, he has a reusable cup he likes to fill up and he pays for the drink but they make him use their cup to fill up his reusable cup? Which means they are further polluting with styrofoam while my friend is trying to reduce his environmental footprint. I then purchase my food and tell the cashier that I'll use the cup he paid for and get a drink. It was never communicated to me that I needed to pay for a drink, i was using his cup for a drink instead. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food, I had to go back to the counter for the manager to inform me that I had to pay for a drink, which meant they were holding my food in the back and were trying to decide when to tell me I had to pay instead of telling me at the time of the transaction. I paid for my drink and immediately received my food. What I don't get is why no one told me I had to pay for the drink and they waited for me to wonder about my food for 10 minutes. Read moreI went to your store around 12:40 pm. Everything was fine until I asked for a bag and honey. The drive-thru cashier barely stuck his hand out of the window, which caused me to overextend my arm. When I asked him to stick his hand out further, he snatched the honey back inside and closed the window in my face.
I waited, then asked again. He told me to pull up. I explained I wasn’t pulling up because all I needed was a bag and honey. He closed the window on me again and started passing orders through the back door instead of handing me what I asked for. At that point, I started recording the interaction. I even knocked on the window to get someone else’s attention, but the cashier continued refusing to give me what I asked for.
At 12:56 pm, Zach, the store manager, came to the window. He didn’t seem concerned about my complaint, and the employee stood there with a smug look on his face. Zach didn’t apologize or address the behavior at all.
