Taco Casa — Restaurant in Arlington

June 2021 This is my 3rd bad experience with this location. Got their taco salad. There was barely any meat on this. I really shouldve returned the order. I really don't think it was their standard serving scoop size. There also seemed to be a bitter sour taste to the food. I don't know if maybe the sour cream was slightly spoiled or the salsa was slightly spoiled. I just simply threw the food out. Previous review---2yrs ago I see their score here is actually decent so i guess i caught them on a bad night. Absolutely horrible unprofessional service. Appox 10pm Tuesday night. I went over the order two or three times at the speaker with the young girl ...they still managed somehow to get it wrong. Instead of asking what i meant by scattered or spread the nachos she placed the order as though she understood. While I was sitting at the window I could tell the order maker was making it wrong so I attempted to stop him from proceeding further by knocking and honking. the young lady that took the order at the speaker came to the window and I tried to explain if that is my order please tell him he's making it wrong I want the nachos already spread/smothered not everything packed in different containers.... before the window could close back I heard her tell the guy something about me complaining and then she walked off... She did not seem to correct him so when she handed me the order through the window I immediately opened it and said this is not what i asked for....i wanted it to be spread/ scattered she's like what do you mean so then the guy came to the window and apologized and said he would remake the order and asked why the girl did not put it on the screen correctly and proceeded to tell me that she told him when the window closed earlier that I was just complaining to be complaining....the back and forth blaming... the order maker and the order taker is just ridiculous. As far as taste. I don't like the taste of their nacho cheese. Taste very processed ....like right...

Normally... the food is awesome and affordable, 5 stars fits. Tonight.. the place was BUSIER than it's ever been that I've seen. There were 12 cars in line at the drive thru... I finally get to the order speaker and order 6 tacos and could hear in the voice that spoke to me a frustration as I figured he was overworked during this mini rush (keep in min it was almost 9pm) .. 26 minutes after I got in line, I finally got my food and not wanting to cause any delays grabbed it from the drive thru person who didn't really even acknowledge me except to make sure I caught the bag of 6 tacos... wait...did I say 6 tacos... that's what I ordered... I get home to feed my family and there were only 5 tacos in my bag. There was obviously some animosity going on inside as all the people I could see had huge bad attitudes with each other. Anyway.. tonight was not the best night for Taco Casa. I won't be going there again except for...

Food here is great. TheTacos are awsome. I would come back for just that. But customer service was Subpar. I waiting for someone to say HI can i help ypu or at least I will be right with you. Nothing, stood there for 6 mins. Another customer comes up and asks " are you waiting ?" I said i am waiting for someone to say can I help you. Finally a guy helps me. Well. After i ordered the and got our food , The Mgr asked the crew member to get our receipt? Wjy I dont know. When she returned we asked why they asked for it she said The Mgr wanted to make sure we had all our food. Ok thats Odd. Well when I came in at first everyone was just standing around talking not paying attention to front counter. And 3 employees came up to counter to mess with computer. Never acknowledge me. So why was i singled out to what , see if i paid for food? Or to harass me? Well i will be calling the corprate office on them..the need to fix...
