I love trying new Boba places so when I saw this was nearby a place I was waiting at I decided to pop in and check it out. The vibe was super relaxing and everyone was really friendly and kind. Our drinks were made really quickly which was also nice. Our drinks unfortunately lacked big time in flavor. I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and my daughter got the strawberry milk tea with boba. Both of our drinks lacked in the way of distinct flavor and tasted like pure tea with not much else to it. I was really expecting more from such a strong flavor like brown sugar. The service was absolutely phenomenal, however, and for that I’m thankful. I have to give 1 star because I do not recommend the boba or the tea. I got a Thai Milk Tea, and my wife got a classic black milk tea. The golden tapioca tasted like it came straight out of a microwave (for about 7 seconds) and I genuinely felt like my Thai milk tea was a Lipton sweet tea with chewy bits in it. It lacked the creamy, chocolatey, smoothness that you’d expect from a normal milk tea. The boba texture was very hard, and very undesirable. The service was so unprofessional, we ordered some fruit tea and taro milk tea with crystal boba and sea cream, they did all tea and let us wait more than 20 mins for the sea cream of taro milk tea. Finally they forgot crystal boba but when we asked them to add it, they said we did not order, we said ok we ready to pay for crystal boba and their attitude was going crazy, they looked at us like we had no money to pay extra even it was their fault to forgot our order.
