Our recent visit to La Michoacana Premium was nothing short of a dessert lover's dream come true. From exotic fruit concoctions to indulgent ice creams and delightful crepes, this ice cream parlor showcased a remarkable range of flavors and creativity. My husband opted for the Mangoneada, a tantalizing blend of watermelon, passion fruit, mango, and tamarind. The explosion of tropical and tangy flavors in each spoonful was like a fiesta for the taste buds. The natural sweetness of the fruits combined with the tamarind's zing made for a refreshing and unique treat. I, on the other hand, indulged in the Ferrero Rocher ice cream, a rich, nutty delight that paid homage to the beloved chocolate. The Cheesecake ice cream was a creamy, tangy counterpart that offered a perfect balance to the richness of the Ferrero Rocher. But the culinary adventure didn't end there. We also tried the crepes with Nutella, and they were sheer bliss. The warm, thin crepes encased a generous helping of Nutella, creating a gooey, chocolatey paradise that made us swoon with every bite. The ambiance at La Michoacana Premium was cozy and inviting, providing the perfect backdrop for our sweet escapade. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us through their extensive menu of frozen delights. If you're in search of a dessert haven that goes beyond the ordinary, La Michoacana Premium is a must-visit. With its innovative flavors, quality ingredients, and warm hospitality, it's a destination where sweet dreams truly come to life. Whether you're a fruit enthusiast or a chocolate connoisseur, this place has something to satisfy every sweet tooth. La Michoacana Premium is where extraordinary flavors meet unforgettable...
Read moreIf you're a fan of authentic Mexican treats, then look no further than La Michoacana. From the moment you step inside their charming, colorful storefront, you're hit with the aroma of freshly made fruit popsicles, or "paletas."
And let me tell you, the flavors are out of this world! Where else can you find unique combinations like mango-chili, cucumber-lime or even avocados popsicles? Each bite is like a burst of fresh fruit, sweetness, and sometimes a bit of zing. There are also creamy options for those who prefer something more indulgent, like the chocolate flavors or dulce de leche.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help you choose from the dozens of different flavors, and even offer vegan and gluten-free choices for those with dietary restrictions.
But the paletas aren't the only thing on offer here. They also serve up traditional Mexican snacks and drinks like Elote (Mexican corn on the cob), Chicharrones (fried pork rinds), and Aguas Frescas (fresh fruit drinks). They also offer great combos with hot sauces or chili powder to add extra spice.
Overall, this is a delightful place for anyone who's looking for some sweet indulgence and a taste of Mexican culture. It's a must-visit spot for locals, tourists, and anyone who wants to indulge in a...
Read moreAs delicious as some of the things are here, the people who work here are rude. I understand that I am a black woman, but I am trying to support this small business as well as the culture. Every time I go in, they never want to serve me, and its like they are upset that I can speak Spanish. I wanted walking nachos and they made me ask for each ingredient instead of telling me what they had to put on top and also said they didn't toppings that they did have. The menu board has little to no details about toppings or ingredients for some of the snacks they make, so I needed help with the order and they weren't helpful at all. Not everyone speaks Spanish but we are still trying to support you...but only if yall want...
