Dunkin' — Restaurant in Arlington

No one would review dunkin' donuts unless they had something amazing or something horrible for an order. alright let's start straight with horrible side:

1. last Monday same person Sfia made my Sandwich and it wasn't really cooked.
2. today at 3 pm I made an order to a worker who is working there her name was Sfia (same person for Monday) she made me mad by repeating the order for her for three times . . . Imagine making the same order three times and repeating the same mistake for a simple sandwich . . . really that worker needs more training on getting orders because she missed up my order which makes me angry and I didn't eat my sandwich at all at the end . . . and she couldn't even apologize or even smile while serving my sandwich, it was really embarrassing me and rude

I'm living nearby I've never got any problem with any worker there usually I get my order simply then I leave . . . but this horrible experience was really bad, and I do not mind when the manager talk to the worker with a middle eastern accent I like that makes me...

I originally wrote this review a month or more ago, bemoaning the disappointing coffee:

“I mostly try to avoid this location after once getting a latte that was so weak, that it tasted like they had made it with coffee they had already used to make another drink first. Today, I decided to give them another try and ordered a medium latte. When I tasted it, it was noticeably weaker than the lattes I get at other locations. I had to take it home and add a double espresso to it to make it palatable. I will continue to avoid this location again in the future.”

Then, a few weeks ago, I decided to go in just to buy a few glazed munchkins. Figured they couldn’t screw that up since they are all the same. When I got home, I found that instead of the usual glazed munchkin, which they must have run out of, they had instead, put glaze on some plain munchkins and gave me those without telling me. The Dunkin’ Donuts in Arlington is truly exceptional. Aziz and his team are unbelievably kind, efficient, and dedicated—they consistently go above and beyond in everything they do. I used to watch Aziz greet customers by name, always followed by a warm “my friend,” and before I knew it, I became one of them. 🥹

It’s such a special feeling to walk into a place where you can feel the sense of community. The entire staff is tremendous—friendly, professional, and always attentive. I really need to make a point to learn more of their names, because every single person there contributes to the welcoming atmosphere and consistent quality.
