Derby did a fantastic job with our flowers for our wedding at Moraine Farm. My coworker got married at the same venue and they used Derby and recommended them.

Right away, I felt like Marlene really understood what we were going for. I wanted Mad Hatter tea party vibes, with a little bit of a jungle theme added in, but somewhat reeled in enough that it would still please the traditional-leaning parents. I found a bouquet that I liked color wise but it wasn't whimsical enough. I was stunned when I saw the flowers in person -- they were so much prettier than the references we provided! The peony in my bouquet was stunning and the pictures really don't do it justice. We got a lot of compliments on the flowers and one of our wedding guests will now be using Derby for her daughter's wedding. It brought in so much color, which we definitely needed because a sudden rainstorm moved our ceremony to the tent.

After a serendipitous online search, I've found my new favorite florist!

I was in search of a local florist who offered unique and beautiful hand tied bouquets, and finally found Derby Farm Flowers in Newton! Not only did they have hand tied bouquets listed on their site, but they offer them in 3 sizes with an easy ordering form online!

I ordered on a Friday evening for Saturday morning pickup. I chose the small bouquet (offered at two price points of $45 or $55, shown here) and filled in a few details about the recipient and what I was looking for.

Upon pickup, I was so impressed with the arrangement and how they catered to my requests. The bouquet was bigger than expected and filled beautiful with a variety of flowers and greens, and wrapped beautifully in paper with ribbon. The floral transport box that came with the bouquet was fantastic for transporting the flowers while keeping them fresh in water.

I went into Derby Farm Flowers today to purchase a quality gift for a friend’s birthday. The shop is one of my favorites; it offers a tasteful selection of gorgeous flower arrangements , potted plants, and artesanal products. I was assisted by such a kind individual (I cannot recall her name) who offered to gift wrap the present when I was checking out. She took such care with putting the gift in an elegant bag, complete with color coordinating tissue paper and a gorgeous bow to tie the handles!
