I don’t think I’d call this place a “club”... at least not the nights I go. Every Monday 8-10pm, there is an open mic (typically for poetry, but a seldom singer or comedian performs). It’s open to everybody who has 5$ -cash or card. Dimly lit room, blue tooth stereo system if you need it. Some nights packed with poets and it’s lit. Others there aren’t as many full tables, which makes the poetry more intimate. I’ve met tons of amazing, talented, welcoming people. I think nobody else has left a review cause this place is Arlington’s hidden gem. But it deserves some...

Some of the best tacos I’ve had in awhile. I had the chicken bacon tacos. Right amount of spice and sauce. Not to mention the cook is the owner and he greeted me with a smile and handed the food with that same smile. To me, if you love strangers, imagine the love you put into your food and I definitely tasted it. I will definitely be back. Only weird thing is that there was some construction outside, so it was kinna weird, but the owner said they are renovating the entire strip so that’ll be good for them once this opens up...

Instead of answering some of my simple questions like “IS THERE AN EVENT SCHEDULE TO FOLLOW OR IS IT MORE SO A BAR OR LOUNGE”? I was quickly shush & waved away by her ashy knuckles. Made me feel bothered like I’m wrong for wanting an inquiry of a new place. She should not be at the door anymore with such an unwelcoming personality. Definitely deterred me away & I doubt...
