First of all "I luv McDonald's " however this restaurant and its customer service to include the management is very poor."organized chaos" When visiting the restaurant the dining looks very upscale. But you notice everybody looks confused as to who ordered which is typical giving the volume however, the order takers and the floor management seems to be very clueless in how to run a resturant that would make happy customers the quality of their food is poor this is true for both dining and drive thru. They never get my order right there really isn't a happy ending when leaving resturant the owner needs to have a secret shopper and clean house. The management dont know the truth if it slap them in the face. Their inability to listen to the customers complaint is Poor the fact I called after leaving drive thru finding that I had double cheese burger that look like it was taking from a display looking waxed was a disgrace. Also," very distasteful" I called the store to speak to a manger she states I should always check my order before leaving ill accept that but when she went on ranting raving how she's the eat out queen TMI...and she got a bad order she wouldn't eat it but save till the next day if she doesn't go back. how convent is that Not....this also speak to their inability to manage a high volume resturant lastly I ask for her name finding out later no one by that name works there really.....sigh at the end of the day this resturant has a bad rating in my view and experience on all level. Also, take them non working confusing kiosk station out cause they defiantly don't work for that location I imagine they have lots of unpaid meals that they have to promo out folks grabbing wrong order especially order that come out before paid. This resturant should just give free food if your hungry and don't have money where the quality and non freshness don't matter. I had recently gotten over the flu on Christmas Eve and was starving, but every place was closed, except for McDonalds, waited in Drive Thru for over 30min, and because of the sickness, all that I wanted was something healthy like a salad, or fruit, but neither was on the menu at all, So, of course, I asked the person at the drive thru speaker, soon as they were done with their greeting, only to be responded, in a rude tone with, "What salad do you want," So, my response, of course, was, "I don't know my options because their not on the menu, could you help" the person sped through listing the options extremely fast and asked "have you made up your mind yet" at this point, I really wanted to drive off, but nothing else was open, and I was starving, People Should Really Treat Customers spending Money Better, Especially If the Customers aren't being rude. I ordered the Southwest Salad because Southwest was the only thing that could hear, when I get to the window, it turns out that the rude guy taking my order was a Manager (what a joke) name Hai, an Asian male with black hair, and glasses

Its a shame that someone with that level of customer service would represent management for such a well established brand smh

It didn't end there, as I pulled out of the drive thru, I noticed that the top was already off my salad, the salad was thrown all over the bag, the chicken was cold and soggy, the lettuce looked old and soggy, there were no utensils, napkins, straw for the drink, nothing, as the bag had basically been thrown at me, then, window closed, So, I had to pull over, walk into the restaurant, and ask that the salad be remade, all of which is ridiculous, I had no energy for it as I was extremely sick earlier that day with the flu, and definitely had no plans of getting out of car...
