I really generally do not like to leave negative reviews for restaurants, but I received really rude service tonight (03/03/2025). I’d like to note though, that I have received good service at this location before. I drove into the drive thru roughly 10-15 minutes before close, and I felt really bad about ordering so late, but I got stuck at work and behind the train and I had been looking forward to a latte all day. As a food service worker, I really understand the frustration of receiving late orders close to closing time, so I came prepared with a simple order so I could be out of their hair as soon as possible. I also planned to leave a nice cash tip as a thank you for last minute service. When I went to order I requested a pistachio latte, but they said they were out. I tried the sugar cookie latte, which was my back up, but they said they were out of that as well. The tone of the lady on the speaker was super rude and condescending, and I honestly felt as if she was lying about the items being out of stock (she claimed it was because they’re seasonal, but Starbucks is still running their winter seasonals, and they were in stock in the app, but I missed the mark on ordering online in time) I ultimately decided to just say thank you and told them to have a good night and left. As I drove off, I glanced at payment window, and the young man that was standing there was laughing. I was honestly surprised by this treatment, though it felt somewhat deserved in a sense, but at the end of the day they were open and the purpose of being open is to serve customers. Even if someone comes into my work one minute before close, I will take their order and give them good service, because it’s the right thing to do, and I don’t know why they showed up so late. At the end of the day, everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy—customers and workers alike—no matter the frustrations or...
Read moreHappened today 01/04/24 11:30 AM ish. I travel all over and I spend so much money at Starbucks. I was coming from the Memphis airport and stopped here for a drink. I get the same drink everywhere I go and everyone is always so nice and the drink is always the same mostly. I came here and ordered the exact same drink I always do, but it tasted like water. No big deal, accidents happen I had absolutely no problem with it. I went back through the drive thru and asked nicely if I could get it with extra base like I originally asked. They acted hesitant and like I burdened them for asking for the drink I paid for. I got to the window and the two females continued to borderline argue with me about how they made it correctly. But if the customer isn’t happy with their drink does that not mean it’s not made correctly? I just couldn’t understand why they chose to argue instead of just saying okay no prob let me remake that for you. She stared at me for a solid minute after telling me she made it correctly and I asked once again “so are you going to remake it or no?” And she said “um let me go ask?” she finally remade it and continued to act burdened by it; I never get that service from Starbucks I’m super disappointed and...
Read moreHello, my family and I visited this Starbucks on Saturday March 15, 2025 and we were so disappointed with the customer service in the drive thru. It was raining out and some has to quickly place order so that we didn't get too soaked. We.were on our way to a spiritual event so we had on very delicate clothes. The order was captured on screen correctly so we pulled ahead to pay. The guy asked if our order was correct and the driver said yes. Another worker came to the window and rudely says next time you come to this Starbucks you need to roll your wind all the way down and it doesn't matter if it's raining because we have to get wet too. She was so nasty and continued to be belligerent even though she didn't take the order and then she walked off. We were shocked with her behavior and we had young ones in the car and didn't want to stoop to her level. We took our food and drove off disappointed and in disbelief. We explained to the the children that this isn't a proper way to greet any customer. We spent over $40. We will never visit...
