Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Arlington

I haven’t been to chicken salad chick much. So I came in today to see what this was all about. I’d only been one time.

I was greeted by a lovely employee who was very polite and friendly with my many questions. They allowed me to actually try a couple of flavors so I could get one I actually liked! And I then placed my order.

They were so helpful in recommending what I should try to get me steered in the right direction to get started! I was super happy for their guidance!!

Highly recommended 10/10!!! Or. 5/5 as...

I have had my fair share of Chicken Salad Chick in various parts of Memphis and Germantown. This is the only location in which the customer must specify that they would like lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. It's disappointing to get home to find a sad, plain sandwich in the box (First world problems, right?). It's a cute restaurant and a nice addition to Arlington. Food was good. Service however lacks. Did an online order, went to pick it up. Missing part of the order (soup) so had to ask for that. Left and then turned around and went back when I realized the dressings were missing for the two salads….the young man only gave me enough for one salad…had an attitude when I requested dressing for both salads. Got home and my sandwich that I requested to be toasted…not toasted. There was only one other customer so I could see if they were busy…but...
