AT&T Store — Local services in Arlington

Went to this store tonight and as we walked in…we stood stood in front of an employee who ignored us for about 10 seconds. He kept texting and playing on his phone while we were standing there with his head down. When my wife finally got his attention and told him that she broke her phone, he looked at her with a blank stare and then smugly asked her why she did that…. He then kept looking at his watch and telling us that he wasn’t going to help us…because “they aren’t a corporate store”, and I’d have to go to wolfchase. Didn’t want to put a claim in…didn’t want to replace it…didn’t try to sell us anything to fix our problem…just wanted to go home. I don’t know what going on in the world today with hired help. I couldn't have been more wrong. Mason was great to work with. He (along with Michael) presented all their promotions and answered all our questions. These associates have such a great sense of humor - We couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience.

Months ago Told this AT&T I was tired of paying $90 a month, asked for a cheaper plan, they told me the $72 something was the cheapest but here I am today at a different location getting it changed to $60 a month ? Let’s see if it actually stays $60…I Changed my phone to the cheaper ($70) in February and yet I’m still paying over $90 a month on a phone that’s paid off and AT&T isn’t helpful at all.
