Subway — Restaurant in Arlington

I always come to this subway because it's close and convinient. But the last few times I've been here it has been horrible! Not sanitary at all. one time I went to the drive thru and they never got my order. They're always out of something. The employees are lazy. They're slackers. They leave one guy to make sandwiches and take drive thru orders while other customers are just waiting to pay. By the time you get your sandwich...

Got a ultimate cheesy garlic bread on a Italian herb and bread ( 6 inch steak). It was good for the most part but the bread was burnt and you could taste how burnt it was. Very disappointing and I use to work at a subway. I had to use my phone flashlight because the bathroom had no light. Over all the store was clean and the gentlemen was very polite, but I want be back the because the bread was burnt....

I come here at least twice a week if not more. I don't continue to go because of the awesome offers I recieve from subways, but I continue to return because I know I am welcomed. For the past couple of weeks this store has turned around. The customer experience is on being handled perfectly. Even though I get delayed in the construction, I don't mind it for a good sub and...
