The online ordering process for this specific establishment is abysmal. The location is fine if you’re choosing to order and dine in store but god forbid you try to place an online order (especially through a third party app).

To give specific feedback there is NO specific field for you to provide your notes and needs. There is no way for you to designate the amount of dressing you’d like for your order or if you’d prefer your dressing mixed into the salad or on the side. chances are you’ll ultimately end up with BARELY enough dressing to wet your salad.

GOOD LUCK trying yo contact customer service as well. THERE IS NO WAY to contact this store. Not even the corporate sweet green customer support can help. Additionally when you try to contact this store you’re first directed through a bot via text message then a call with a customer service representative. An extremely circumventing process for something as simple as request for extra dressing. The customer service representative also had little success in contacting the store and little power in editing my order or providing me with any type of reprieve/solution for the inconvenience.

I don’t really understand why this franchise has made it so extremely difficult to contact them, but I will be choosing to order from a different establishment in the future. Update: The last 2 times I have ordered here I've received inedible avocado. Please reconsider ordering anything with avocados here. They either do not do quality checks here or they simply do not care (because these are pretty obvious). I can tolerate them giving small portions (although not ideal since these salads are not exactly cheap) but it's pretty inexcusable to serve bad quality ingredients for people to consume. My 1 star is for sweetgreen support who always tries to help out when I contact them.

Original: This location gives WAY less food than other Sweetgreen locations!! Please beware when ordering from here. My salad was so sparse, definitely not worth the price I paid (esp since Sweetgreen is already pricey, you’d at least expect enough in the salad). I live a block from this place. Thought will try to check it out. Wanted to get their fish taco bowl. The lady at the counter appeared friendly. When she started preparing the bowl, he started with some greens and started asking me you want this sauce, or that and throwing at me a whole bunch of options.

I told her pointing out the menu board and mentioned to her all I want is what is written there. She didnt even turn to look back to see what is written. Then again she wanted to know if I want this sauce pointing to one of the sauces. I again have to point her to the menu. You guessed it. She ignored again. Then I realized she missed adding quinoa. I asked her about this and she went to add that.

In addition she and her buddies at the store who speak little English had a smirk on their face.
