Love Starbucks, but the order online and pickup in store option is terrible at this place. They sit all the drinks together in one thing and you have to touch things to look through what is yours if you haven’t arrived yet by the time they call out your name in store. This makes no sense given the current covid circumstances. You can’t sit inside, but its ok for everyone to have their hands all over everyone else’s orders. They have curbside at this location, but rarely turn it on. I think the 6 times i’ve tried, I couldn’t get curbside but one time. Then I sat there for ten minutes the 1 time I could get it and finally called inside and they were like oh we don’t always get the notification that someone is here for their curbside. But you can’t see a car sitting in one of the two curbside spots you have literally right in front of your window? One time I did an online order to pick up in the drive thru since curbside was turned off and I’m no longer going inside cause of their unsanitary practices with leaving the drinks on the counter for all to touch.. got there and the line was the longest i’d ever seen. I called to see if I could get it curbside and they refused. Another time I called to check about curbside and a worker said oh yeah we didn’t turn it on today due to the weather. She said you know we can’t go out in this. It was 40 something degrees, no rain or snow. Tell me how Sybergs right next to it is willing to bring out curbside in pouring down rain. Read moreUpdate 11/2024: I updated my review of this Starbucks to one star now. This is got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This morning I went at 5:30 in the morning.I had one car ahead of me in the drive thru line and it took me 10 minutes to get my drink only to be given the wrong order because they didn't repeat the order back to me and got it wrong. The drink was absolutely horrible and tasted nothing like a sugar cookie latte. I have written to corporate about this store and never get any response. It's the last time I waste my money here at the slow, incompetent store. Dunkin is miles above this store and it's ridiculous for the prices being charged for such poor service and poor drinks.
The drinks here are very good but I don't go hardly at all anymore because of the extreme wait times. Right now I have been in their drive-thru line for 40 minutes (and that is the norm here) and there are still seven cars ahead of me! When I started the line they were about 10 cars. I don't know why this particular Starbucks is always extremely slow and has a line wrapped around the building. There needs to be a larger Sbux or a second location for this area because this store cannot handle the flow. I will not go here anymore because I can't spend over my lunch hour in line. Read moreI have been going to this Starbucks for years because it is the closest and most convenient to go to but over the past few years this store has really gone downhill. Mobile ordering takes forever so there's almost no point in using the app anymore, and the drive-thru line wraps around the building and takes at least 10 minutes minimum to get your order even if it's not busy. Most of the time I can understand and feel for the workers because the store does get overwhelmingly busy at times and they're just doing their best with what they can. However, today was the worst service I've ever experienced at this Starbucks. Their app was down today so I went into the store to order and got two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. The coffees were made right away but I was still waiting after 20 minutes for my sandwich when the store wasn't even remotely busy. There were three workers gathered around in a corner just talking and I had to go up to the counter multiple times to ask about my sandwich. I eventually gave up and just asked for a refund. This is not the first time I've had to ask about a food item I've ordered after I got my coffee, but it is the first time I've ever asked for a refund. I've never actually taken the time to write out a Google review before and it might not do much, but honestly I'd rather go out of my way to go to another Starbucks that's down the road than keep wasting my time...
