Snarf's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Arvada

The staff when we came in was absolutely terrible. We waited for our pickup order for 30 minutes and it was ready but nobody seemed to acknowledge us. At this location it's the second time that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. It was the most terrible thing I've ever eaten in my life. I am not exaggerating. I told my daughter I would pay her $10 if she could eat a fourth of the sandwich she threw up 3 bits in. I called the store being very friendly. Talked to a manager asking what they could have put on it to make it taste like I had three cups of anchovies and she laughed at me and said that she is a supervisor and there's nothing she can do and continue to laugh and chuckle behind my back with all of her co-workers. I will never visit here again. I will never pay for a sandwich. You couldn't pay me to eat here. I own a restaurant and this is not how you conduct business and in my eyes is the worse experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life, I would rather pay a 100 dollars for a homeless man to cook me a steak on a grill at the park then eat one but of a sandwich from here again. We placed an online order tonight for the second time within the last month. Both times we ordered from here my husband got a Chicken Bacon Ranch, which is $18.25 for their big sandwich. This sandwich tastes like it was dowced in rubbing alcohol and then smothered in salt. It was beyond disgusting. He tried to choke it down but ultimately we threw it away. We contacted the restaurant and tried talking to a "supervisor" who rudely laughed it off and ignored it solely because we called an hour after placing the order. Mind you we are feeding 3 young children and taking care of them, so called at the earliest convenience. I will never go back to chain restaurant. And to add to the bad experience, the "supervisor" and employee were incredibly rude when we walked in to get our order. Didn't even acknowledge we were in the building until 5 minutes have passed, we are the only ones at the counter and waiting for our pick up food that was sitting on the other side of the counter. Could have been in and out if they would have had the slightest ounce of customer service skills What a joke of...

Food is gross. It says “rotisserie chicken,” but it was minced and soggy like it was stored in water and came out of a can. Had a disgusting taste to it that’s still lingering in my mouth an hour later.

Prices are outrageous. $18+ after tax for a sandwich that’s a few spoonfuls of minced soggy chicken and a few shreds of lettuce. The whole sandwich including the bread was like 1/2 inch thick.

I can’t tell anymore if employees are rude or just have the complete lack of social skills and professionalism that defines their generation, but they definitely were not the least bit friendly. I said hello and got no response and said thank you and got no response.

Atmosphere is also trashy, uninviting, and unappetizing. Looks like they just gutted whatever was in there before, left the cut up, torn up, patched up concrete floor which is a total mess and slapped some weird colored paint on the walls. Nothing about it says they care the least bit about customers and want you to enjoy your stay...
