Went through the drive thru tonight and service was terrible. Pull up to order and was greeted with "go ahead". We ordered a chicken tender kids meal and two french dip sandwich combos as well as a four piece mozzarella sticks. Pulled up to the window and was only told the total and asked if we wanted any sauce, told her some arby's sauce and was asked to pull up for fresh mozzarella sticks. No other conversation was had at all. I had no issue with pulling forward as long as we received all of our food fresh, which didn't happen. Drinks were correct and fries and mozzarella sticks were hot, but we got four packets of arby's sauce for three meals, no au jus, had two halves of chicken tenders in kids meal that were burnt, and sandwiches were cold to the point that cheese wasn't even melted at all by the time we got home after a ten minute drive. A different girl brought our food to the car and didn't have a mask on when she brought it, then went back inside the store without a word. We stopped eating arby's for dinner six months ago for the exact same reason and we will not be back for dinner at all at this location. Lunch staff is beyond exceptional and that's the only reason I'm giving two stars. Read moreFirst, I was in the drive-thru, but two employees came out (after about 10 minutes) and told us that their headsets weren't working & asked us to pull up to the window (there were already several cars waiting ahead of us). We decided to just go in and eat. It was horrible. Our order was left forgotten for more than 25 minutes. There were people who came in long after us leaving with their orders. The drink machine had no ice and the drinks were flat. By the time we got our food, they had left our sandwiches sitting to get cold while our fries cooked.
Whoever is managing that place needs to be fired. I noticed someone in the office on the phone the whole time myself and about 10 other customers were waiting. She did not once come out to attend to the chaos or manage her employees. The place looked unkempt. I noticed a machine broken down and sitting in the back of the kitchen (it's probably the shake machine that's been broken for weeks) with all of it's internal workings laying around.

The first time they corrected our order as I explained that we live 15 minutes away and had to drive back because my husband couldn’t eat anything that was given to us. I was understanding when I was told they were busy. Tonight, my husband went through the drive thru on his way home to grab us a quick meal. Again, wrong order. Now I’m upset. Two times in a row I have to drive back up there and try to correct the problem. This time I just told them to keep everything since it’s cold. My money was given back and the girl that helped was nice but the manager on duty came out to do a refund and he had a nasty attitude. Never said a word, just handed me my money back.
