McDonald's — Restaurant in Asheboro

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. I've never been so insulted in my entire life. First off the girl in the drive through window hands me my drink and it's spilling all over my hand. So I have to hold it outside the window and she's trying to hand me the other drinks. I had to ask for napkins and the whole time as I'm trying to clean my hands and the cup she's still shoving stuff at me. So finally I get the mess contained and she goes to hand me the happy meal and as I reach for it she drops it. It falls to the asphalt. She literally rolls her eyes and huffs at me!!!!! Then she walks away from the window just leaving me there. So I waited and finally just yelled in the window. "I guess I'll get it!" And I had to open my door and slide my hand down and feel for it. As I'm doing this she says I'm getting you another one. But it was too late. I pulled up the the next window to let them know we didn't even get the correct order. No one EVER came to the window. We didn't even get the right food. We ended up going to cookout. 🤦🏼‍♀️ It was ridiculous. I called to talk to a manager. The lady speaking said she was going to get the general manager and hung up on me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Won't be...

I went through the drive through at McDonald's on Dixie drive closest to hwy 220. I received my drinks and was told to pull up to the next window. I sat there for a little over 5 minutes. A girl came to the window and asked me if I had my food. If I had my food I would not have been sitting there. I told her no! She asked me to pull up by the rail. A boy brought my food out after another 5 min. and I asked him if they remembered to put my barbecue sauce in the bag he said yes and then he walked back inside. I checked my bag not only did they not put the barbecue sauce in the bag they also didn't put the ten piece chicken mcnugget in the bag so therefore he lied. He didn't even look in my bag told me a bald face lie and walked back in. I went in to get this straightened out no one was friendly, no one apologized. When I got home the French fries were cold and hard and the burgers were either extremely overcooked or had been sitting a very long time they were like dry pieces of rubber. The chicken mcnuggets were very hard and we ended up throwing away $25.43. I would not recommend going to this McDonald's to get...

Due to a technical issue they were only serving chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. They were also cash only. This was fine. At 3:00 in the morning they were the only place open so I gladly drove to an ATM and then returned. After waiting over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru for someone to even answer, it turns out that the teenage employees don't charge their headsets so they were all dead, at least that's what they told me. After an additional 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru, and the first one in line I might add, I finally received my chicken sandwich and my chicken nuggets, which were evidently from the day before because they were rock hard. And of course they forgot the sauce and everything else. Couldn't even eat it it was so hard and I had to throw it away. Would have gotten back in the Drive-Thru but all the vehicles behind me in line sat there for a good half an hour so I just went to bed hungry. Lady at the drive-thru was very very nice and very clearly stressed out, but she was hiding and telling me that she was hoping all the cars in the Drive-Thru would just get tired of waiting and leave....
