Mattress Firm Asheboro — Hotel in Asheboro

I don't normally write a review but I wanted to share my experience with this particular Mattress Firm, and the staff that work here.

I had been researching mattresses for almost a month before I ever darkened the doors of Mattress Firm in Asheboro. My husband and I went because of the president's day they had going on, and wanted to try a few mattresses out before we made a final decision and really invested in a mattress; after all, we would spend a lot of our life lying on the one chosen.

I walked in the door and was met by Jack, store manager. I had my arms crossed, being very closed off but he welcomed my questions and concerns with open arms. You know how salesmen are, the reputation "they" have. Let me say, not Jack! He listed to why I was there, I gave him my list of what I liked and what I definitely disliked, and began trying the mattresses within our price range and desired comfort level. My husband arrived shortly after I did and Jack answered all of my husband's questions as well, many he already answered for me just a few moments earlier. Jack was never pushy, never seemed frustrated at our multiple questions, and was very knowledgeable of the mattresses we asked about. We left without purchasing anything at that moment because we were there at lunch hour but did return later that day to finish up with questions, and to make sure we chose the right mattress for our needs.

When we arrived back at the store later that day, we began asking Jack more questions, and again he answered all of them with grace, never showing any signs of frustration from our back and forth conversation on cost and comfort. I highly recommend this store and the way they treat their customers!

We purchased several items that day and opted for delivery and set up. To be honest, we did have a little hiccup with our delivery and one of the items being defective, but they quickly got on the phone and made it right! We had our new adjustable base delivered that day. Brittany was the sales associate we had the pleasure of speaking with, and she was definitely more than helpful in helping resolve the issue.

You are not just another sale at this location. They look out for their customers and do their very best to make sure the mattress and/or products chosen fit you and your needs best!

I hope this review is helpful to the next consumer out there looking to make an invest like we were! You are not only investing in a mattress, you are investing in better sleep which can produces better...

Great Morning everyone!!!!! I have had the most enjoyable experience with Mr Lamont Preston! I first called and told him what I was looking for. He took the time to explain to me in detail what inventory they had available that would best fit what I was looking for. He told me step by step how to look into some things before I entered the store and advised me that if I wasn't able to do anything prior to coming inside the store that he would be more than happy to assist me when I came in. When I arrived Mr Preston had every item we discussed ready and available. He allowed me to change my mind a few times lol like many of us do. He did not rush my decision making process. I applied for some of the great offers Mattress Firm has and the process was simple and easy!! I am now the proud owner of 2 new beds!!! Great quality by the way. The prices were incredible!!! In fact I would say the prices are unbeatable!!!! I reccomend this location to any and everyone!!! They have what it is you are looking for!! Ask for Mr Preston by name I promise you will not be...

We have a seriously sad mattress and finally decided it was time to buy a new one. What a great experience shopping with Eliza. We gave her our budget and she led us through the process of selecting the perfect mattress. Her knowledge and unscripted dialogues regarding the specifications and traits of each mattress was amazing. It was as if she knew exactly what we needed to sleep our best. She never shrank back once during our battery of questions, always having a logical and practical answer with a side of playful fun. After we selected our mattress she then navigated us through the process of payment and delivery with equal care and humor. She respected our budget, and even had the forethought to include the delivery fee and taxes so we didn’t go over, unlike some places that max out your budget and leave you paying the difference in taxes and fees. The entire experience was a blast, and although I won’t need a new mattress for quite some time I would most certainly go back again. Well done...
