Update...it is a shame that customer service does not bother reading reviews, maybe if they did they could fix the issues and not lose customers.

First time here and it will be the last time here!! This is STORE 00001988, 1515 East Dixie Drive in Asheboro, NC, according to the receipt. The employee taking orders at the drive-thru was totally rude and obnoxious. We were trying to order a Dave's Single Burger and a Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap and an order of their Seasoned Potatoes, not knowing they are only served at Breakfast. The Employee proceeds to be condescending and obnoxious with the way he handled our screw up. We pulled up to the window and after we payed he was still muttering about it. We got our order minus the potatoes and left. I called the place once, the phone rang at least 8 times and someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone. I called right back and someone answered after the 3rd ring, I asked to talk to the Manager and he said he was the manager so I proceeded to tell him about the issue we had...he hesitated ( I thought he had actually hung up), then he says and I quote " Sorry for the rudeness " and immediately hung up on me. To make matters worse the Burger was stone cold. I sincerely hope that someone from Corporate gets in contact with me as I think something should be done about the way this Employee talks to people and the fact that the Manager hangs up on people when he doesn't like what is being said. I would definitely tell people to not bother going to this...

7/3/24 I went to this restaurant I did a mobile order. I could see there was a line the in was closed just drive thru & it was very very slow. When i finally got the the window. The man apologize profusely about the wait time I said it’s no big deal. He said there’s only three of us and it’s so busy. I’m so sorry. I said it’s not a big deal man you’re doing the best you can and they were all three or more in there hardest and I’m sure everybody in that line, being rude and ugly the food was good. Just remember stepping somebody else’s shoes every now and then you don’t have to be hateful to people, especially in service industry. You don’t know what they’re having to do behind that window. Your food. You’re too lazy to make yourself at home is short of it all including myself needs to step up and try to get some more help but I know it’s not always as easy as that but for the three that we’re working last night you did an excellent job. Please don’t let other people get to you always do the best you can and then you shouldn’t have anything to apologize for, I appreciate what you did the service you give, and the manner of what you gave it because you were never ugly to me, even though you were stressed to the max unlike the people...
