Zeko's Pizza II — Restaurant in Asheboro

This is one of those places that I wish they had a rating for intermediate ranks. This is becoming more and more of a favorite for me and my family. They often have a buffet here and the selection on the buffet is really good. And if you ask for a certain pizza, they will make it and put it on the buffet for you.... their menu selection for a little Italian Pizzeria is an excellent. We've had some good experiences and some challenging experiences here. But overall they seem to try really hard and the experiences are good... really unusual when I can take the whole family somewhere and everyone like it. But that's the case here! The noise can get a little high because it's usually crowded and there's quite often children.. but some of their Italian specialty dishes are so good that they're off the chain. One thing you better watch out for. You can overeat at the buffet if you're not careful! I wish they had a 4.4 or a 4.5. If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. We’ve been ordering here for years and it’s hit or miss really. The people who answer the phones are incompetent and can’t get your order right. Every single time we have to have them repeat it back to us several times before it’s correct. It’s ALWAYS over a hour and half to have your food delivered sometimes 2 hours. Today my issue was the ranch was hot like it hasn’t been refrigerated in days with chunks in it and tasted awful. We called and spoke to the manager who tried to argue with me and got all flustered because I said I would need a refund or fresh food because we had already waited a hour and half on this anyway and we’re not going to eat hot wings without ranch. By the time the new ranch arrived, all of our food would be cold. We might be picky but we paid $45 for 10 wings, 1 sub, and an order of chips and at that price, it should be good and FRESH. This was the last straw, we won’t be back. There are a lot more places in Asheboro worthy...

Soo I have lived in the same place and ordered daily from both domino's and pizza hit delivery well today they both said I was out of their jurisdiction... Like over night their boundary line changed... Zeros was the one to call they showed up way earlier then they said they have amazing wings and the delivery guy was a pro he was respectful and did very well... Of coarse he was well tipped BUT TO EVERYONE THAT HAS NOT TRYED ZEKOS NOR HAD IT IN A WHILE THIS 4TH OF JULY IS A GREAT TIME TO CALL THEM THEY WERE WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY AND I PLAN ON CALLING THEM BACK MORE OFTEN THANK YOU FOR THE RAPID DELIVERY AND GREAT FOOD... AND TO THE COOKS AND PREPS. YOU GUYS ARE DOING A GREAT...
