I try so hard to like this Starbucks but every time I go there is something wrong. I’m a Starbucks barista myself and never once has my drink been made the way it’s supposed to be. The lattes are either too sweet (too many pumps) or not nearly sweet enough (not enough pumps). Half the time they don’t make my drink decaf and I can tell because I have a chronic condition & can’t have caffeinated drinks w/o symptoms. This evening my friend and I visited, I ordered a mocha and she ordered a caramel breve and they were gross. The shots tasted burnt, there was no caramel taste or mocha taste in either drink, and hers didn’t taste like half and half either. They were pretty much undrinkable but by the time we realized it we were too far away to go back and it was too close to closing. I only ever go in the evening so maybe it’s the closing staff with the issues, but something needs to give at this location. Like I said, I’m also a Starbucks barista and most of the time when I visit this location the drinks are so off that I have to drive to my location and make it myself because they aren’t able to make it right. I’d love to say something nicer because I love the convenience of the location but it just seems like there is something wrong, whether it be not enough training amongst the baristas, the mocha was made wrong, or something else...
Read moreI started going to this location recently. I like the amount of space and the fact the restroom is clean. This morning though Rochelle brought my drink out for me because I'm disabled and on crutches. It was so nice of her to offer. I met with some resistance when I tried to get water, one of the employees told me I should order it first but when I went to get a refill I explained to Hannah that it's easier for me to go straight to the counter being on crutches and she even offered to get it for me in the future so I wouldn't have to get up, now that's what I call great customer service. Kudos to you gals. Keep up the great work and I will be back. I gave it four stars because it stays cold inside. I wish they'd crank up the heat.
I'm adding to my review because I changed it to five starts after the heat was turned up and Octavia made the best Starbucks drink (Mocha Cookie Frap) I've ever had and Hannah offered to make me a list after I told her I wanted to try all the breakfast sandwiches but couldn't remember which ones I had already ordered. KUDOS!!!
Gwen, Ylime, and Mariah have great customer service skills and I'm very appreciative of the improvement made after having had a rough start with some of the employees.

Read moreI waited nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru this evening. I understand being busy and backed up (The drive thru wasn’t) but what I don’t understand is having to say my order at the box, having to repeat my order at the window, and then waiting another 5 minutes just to be handed a drink that is not what I ordered, and then having to repeat my order AGAIN, and then wait another 5 minutes for them to hand me my order. I probably wouldn’t have left this review had I been offered an upgraded size from grande to venti, or any other consideration, for waiting so long in the drive thru. It’s ridiculous to pay $5.62 for a drink just wait almost 15 minutes in the drive thru, with no line, and for your drink to be wrong after you repeated your order face to face with the person who took it. It’s even more disappointing that this also happened to be the first time I’ve ever gotten a crappy tasting drink from Starbucks. I usually stick to Dunkin’ because it’s half the price for coffee there but I’ve recently started justifying a random $5+ coffee once or twice a week because Starbucks always has consistently with flavor in their drinks.
