I went to the mcdonalds one morning at 5:15am about a month ago. I drove up to the speaker and nobody answered!! So I drove to the first window after a couple minutes! Nobody was there so I drove to the second window! The Spanish woman (manager) told me I need to drive around! I'm type1 diabetic and needed something to eat right away to raise my blood sugar! She would not take my money and run to the back and put it in the register!! I'm like you must be kidding me!! I bitched at her and after that she refused to even talk to me! I could not believe a manager rufused to serve me! I drove to the McDonald's in oteen and explained what happened!! This woman in the drive thru window could not believe what she heard she said if that would have happened at her restaurant she would have run to the back and put the order and the money in and said just come to her McDonald's and I'll be taken care of! A week later I went back about 5:15am and placed an order on the speaker! When I got up to the window the same woman was working and she looked at me and said "oh no no no! I won't serve you" for real? Refusing to serve a customer? Like what is wrong with this place!! Who gives her the right to do that! The next day I went to the best operations office in Swannanoa and made a complaint! A few days later I received a call from a gentleman who said he would take care of this situation!! I went back to the restaurant about a week later and she still refused to serve me! I then called the office and and spoke to Josh! Operations man safer for best operations! He apologized to me and said he will take care of this problem! Another week went by and I stopped by again to get something early one morning and same thing happened again! No serve no food! I've been in customer serve for 40 years and could not believe the way I was treated by this woman! Even if I was given free McDonald's food for the rest of my life I would never go there again! I told you to leave me alone and you kept yelling at me from across the restaurant. You are about 50 years old screaming at a 21 year old for no reason. After I was very polite and considerate to you. Some people have to save every single penny that they can. You don’t know me and you don’t have the right to make me feel stupid for no reason. I’m a door dasher so I’m not at all excited to interact with you in the future. Thanks for making my job more difficult for no reason and insulting me repeatedly.
