Tammy has no idea how to do her damn job. I go through drivethru and ordered a few drinks and a couple mcdoubles. I'd been sitting at the hospital since 8am, already having a quite unpleasant day so I park there to drink my coffee and eat my burger. I'm not paying attention, take a bite and I look down, this thing had cheese dried around the edges it had been sitting so long. I look at my receipt and discover they charged me $7 for 2 mcdoubles. So I'm upset that I just paid double for an old stale burger. I go inside to get a replacement and question why I was charged double (they rang it as double cheeseburger so it wouldn't be on sale), and that woman had the audacity to try and talk down to me. Like I'm being unreasonable for being unhappy about paying double for a burger they long ago should have tossed in the waste bucket. So after insisting 'that doesn't look too bad', then talking to me like I'm stupid because I ordered mcdouble and they rang up double cheeseburger (likely to get rid of old double cheeseburgers). But she finally went back and somehow instantly retrieved a replacement, and let out a big condescending 'well gawd bless you sir'. So yeah I lost my temper, cussed her out and told her she needed to get better at her job. I get back to the car, open up my burger, and this one has dried cheese too and is even cooler to the touch than the last. So I'm done, I want a refund, I go in and theres no one at the counter. After being ignored for a couple minutes I stepped around the counter to the back, yelled for her attention, and went back to the other side of the counter. While yapping about how bad my attitude is, making sure to tell me that my attitude is because I'm not her condescending flavor of church hypocrite and still acting like I'm just way out of line about having to come in twice. Now I know people dont gaf about a review of a mcdonalds on google, but just because that c u next tuesday is probably going to see it I just want to make it clear- tammy, I sincerely hope you watch a child die in a horrific accident before being diagnosed with terminal and painful cancer. I just wish I'd have gotten a pic of the 2nd and the receipt she...
Read moreThis was an awful experience!!! I ordered two pancakes with sausage. One order of pancakes was hard, so my husband went back and asked for fresh ones they were hard. The lady was probably some type of manager cause she wore the different shirt. She is from Africa so it sounds like from her accent, not judging at all but she asked the man in the back to put it in the microwave. So we get them and as I thought they were hard. So I took it up there the next time and asked can I please have fresh ones not heated by the microwave. So I stood there to watch and make sure they gave me new ones. She never looked me in the eyes. She never apologized to me. My husband said she was rude to him also. I go to this McDonalds 3 and 4 times a week. I spent way to much money at this store to be treated with dis respect. This isn't the first issue I have had with this lady. I'm am now fed up with it so I will have it brought to someone importants attention!!! Period I will call corporate until this is fixed. I will go as far up as I need to!!! There is one employee stands out Gladis and I know her name because she is very nice, she greets everyone that comes in that building. She does any and everything she is asked. I believe she has the attitude and spirit to be the supervisor. I bet she isn't appreciated like she should be. She deserves to be the top dog at that restaurant. She is supervisor material and if she doesn't get a promotion she at least needs a raise. She is very sweet to my kids and my kids love seeing her each time we go. If they don't see her they ask mommy, were is Gladis. If it was based upon Gladis I would...

I am leaving this review about an uncomfortable experience my children and I had at the McDonalds location in the Biltmore Village NC (35 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803).
I took my kids (10 and 12) to dine in, and they saw the "Basket of Fries" option on the big screen menu. They got excited, as this is not an option in our area.
When the "basket" of fries arrived, fully one third of the basket was utterly empty, unlike the basket shown in the menu, which was filled to the brim on all sides with delicious fries.
So, being that what we received was not what was shown on the menu, I asked the employee at the counter to "please fill this basket".
There were two employees present. One employee said to me, in front of my kids, "it's two mediums, that's what you get"
The other employee took the basket and filled it with fries, just like the picture showed.
So, I wrote to the franchise, at the address they posted in the store window, before I left any reviews for the restaurant anywhere, to ask which one of these employees is properly trained.
Because, it can't be both.
Is the item, as pictured on the menu, what a customer is to expect to receive? Or, is the item, as pictured on the menu, a false representation of the product on sale?
It has been over a week since I contacted the franchise. Not a peep.
If you stop here, don't let them bait-and-switch you. Check your order, and if it's short, demand that it...
