I usually order a "Starbucks Double Shot" when at Starbucks. I am used to most baristas not being aware of the correct recipe since I don't believe it's ordered frequently. So when she asked if I wanted cream or sweetener I knew something was off. So I answered by telling her I drink mine thenwas it's made on the recipe card, referencing the fact I know she has a correct recipe within arms reach (as I used to manage a Starbucks Lisenced store as well.) she answered me with an extremely rude tone "I know what a SBD is." So I proceeded to let her do her job. As she handed the two drinks to us they looked correct so I left and got in my truck. My first mistake not checking the drink. After I left I took a sip and she had not put the two pumps of classic/simple syrup in the drink. I wouldn't normally write a review for something like this but after the rude comment and tone she used I had to say something. This interaction was around 10:00 am on November 7th 2017. We all make mistakes but to be rude to a customer who is nicely trying to help is uncalled for. Also just to note we were the only ones in line so there was no pressure building finger tapping going on at the counter by the next customers. Plenty of time available to double check her recipe.

Read moreI went there on 10/29 at 6:00. Myself and a few others were waiting for about ten minutes. The two other customers left after nobody came forward to provide service. I asked one of the target employees if there was anyone in the back to serve me, they replied in a rude tone that I should pull my mask up, then came back and said it would be ten minutes. After waiting ten more minutes another target employees told me I'd be better off going to a different starbucks because the starbucks employee wouldn't be back for a while and that I shouldn't wait.
