Water Street — Restaurant in Asheville

I was having a BIG french fry craving but so many places had long waits. I saw that this place had tater tots so I thought, "What hell- I'll give this place a try". OMG! This place has the best tater tots I've ever had in my life!!! I'm so happy that I couldn't get into other places because otherwise, I would have never found this restaurant. Everyone here was so nice and I can't wait to go back! I have a gluten allergy and I'm mostly vegan- this place seems to have quite a few nice options. If you don't feel like eating a meal here, for the love of god, get some of those...

Edit: I see you edited the part about there being no incidents at your bar since April 7th 2023, because that's not the truth - the original statement is in my email, and as an Asheville native and 15 year veteran of it's hospitality industry I am easy to find for anyone who wants a copy.

You have done a poor job of safeguarding your patrons. There should have been video surveillance, tapes reviewed, and police involvement well over a year ago.

The decor brought us in, and the food kept us for a while! I have a decent amount of food allergies and they were really accommodating and made a special meal for me, which I ended up ordering 2 of because it was Soooo good. Fresh biscuit with over easy eggs, avocado, pico, cheese, and sweet potato hash. Super friendly staff, great vibe especially the outdoor seating with the lanterns and the plants. Our server was Emma and she took amazing care of us and my dietary needs....
