The pictures don’t do this ring justice. It’s absolutely stunning! This was an anniversary upgrade for me. I chose their Ellis ring and changed prongs from single to double claw prongs and changed the center stone to an old mine cut because I think OMC’s are just so dreamy. I went with moissanite (9.75 x 7.5 mm, size 6.25 for reference) and the performance is better than I could have dreamed. I tried to get pics and video in different kinds of lighting (outdoors at sunset, dim indoor lighting and under a lamp) Though you should see it in bright sunlight and under LED lighting 🤩 The sparkle and depth is incredible. I seriously can’t stop looking at it. I will love it forever! The first video in the hexagon box is the video Grace sent right before shipping. Lauren and Grace were both a pleasure to work with. Lauren is so helpful and knowledgeable and down to earth. This process was intimidating to me at first but she made me feel completely comfortable. She and Grace both are kind and accommodating and were quick to respond to all of my emails. I feel good knowing my ring is of excellent quality and won’t be easily damaged because I plan to wear it EVERY SINGLE DAY. The only thing I didn’t love is that my ring was shipped in a cardboard ring box and the box lid fit really tight to the box bottom and there was a suction that made the box a bit hard to open. And the ring was not secured and was loose inside the box and kind of went flying when I finally popped the lid off. I didn’t feel this was enough to take off any stars because the rest of my experience was great and the ring is AMAZING. But I would’ve been very sad if I lost it before I ever got to wear it. I could not be happier with my engagement ring from Lauren at Hera & Gaia! It turned out so exceptionally stunning and my fiancé has already gotten so many jaw dropping reactions to it. Lauren was such a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly helpful on our consultation giving me ideas on how to make the ring unique and personal. As someone who knew very little about gemstones and jewelry, she explained things so well and made me feel very comfortable and confident in the decision I was making. I also need to emphasize that Lauren is a business owner with the utmost integrity. When I told her I needed the ring by a certain date, she was honest with me that because of extenuating circumstances she could not guarantee me delivery by that date, and she refused to charge me for the rush fee I was willing to pay to get it in time because she wasn't confident enough that she could guarantee it. While she would have understood if I decided to go elsewhere, I was never going to buy it anywhere else, and this experience only confirmed that was the right decision. Of course she still managed to get me the ring with a week to spare, even after I requested some last minute changes that set back the production schedule.
