HeartSong Nutrition — Restaurant in Ashland

I LOVE HeartSong Nutrition! I moved to Ashland last summer after 24+ years in San Diego, CA and seriously appreciate healthy, conscious, supportive, upbeat stores. The green juices at HeartSong are my favorite. My partner and I order them regularly, including gallon size!

PLUS, owner Jim is an absolute fountain of knowledge on health and wellness. I've picked his brains on a number of topics and his advice on specific supplements has helped me immensely, particularly around sleep. THANK YOU, Jim!!

P.S. The vibe of this store is so pleasant - always great music, open, light, spacious. They also offer plenty of high vibe supplements and skincare products, as well as books, and even a secret meditation room in the back! And a sparkling clean restroom. ;)

P.P.S. And, yes, Jim can be quite a 'quirky' character. haha! I mean that in a good way. I read some of the other reviews here. Truth is, my impression is always that Jim has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about everyone that walks...

Greetings , I went into this store for the first time yesterday excited to try it out . The owner was working as his tag said , owner . I ordered a Leto smoothie and was with my partner who is very lean and I said to him that it was good to see a Keto smoothie on the menu . He then went on to comment about how my husband was lean and can probably eat anything he wants , then he commented that my son must have gotten his dads jeans . I assumed he meant that I appeared large . I quietly left and did not drink the smoothie I had purchased . I wanted to frequent the establishment but don’t think that I will be able to . As a type 1 diabetic mountian biker who bikes 40 miles a week I did not appericiate the comments on...

I'm a local and usually buy smoothies from the Ashland Food Co-Op. But I thought I would give this place a try.

The store seemed clean, organized, and had a nice atmosphere. They even have a meditation room in the back.

Naturally, I had questions about the menu items since it was my first time visiting, but the employee behind the counter seemed apathic at best. (Maybe she was having a bad day?) When I asked her about an add-on item, she replied flatly, "I don't know."

I ordered the Keto Shake with plant protein instead of whey. Over $10 later, I received a very sweet, watery, powdery-textured drink with floating chunks of ice.

I give them 2 stars because they are a local biz and I really hoped for a...
