Mix up with online order and order got doubled up. Immediately called store to have one of the orders cancelled and was told they would take care of it. When they tried to deliver both orders, we told the driver for the second one that it had been cancelled and he took it back to the store and told me my card would be refunded (as both were charged). When it wasn’t refunded I went to the store with my receipt and explained the situation again. Was told someone would get back to me. Called the store when it didn’t happen and was again told that a manager would contact me. Waited over a week and called again. Was told (rather impolitely) that my card had been refunded and to check with my bank because sometimes they hold it. The bank told me they have nothing pending, so I guess I paid twice as much as I should have for my food, as it doesn’t seem like the store has any interest...

First, their food is really amazing. But a lot of places can make great food. The service is something beyond. I just received a phone call from the driver letting me know he was running behind. What?! He was five minutes behind.
Each time I've ordered, the driver has been interested in the product delivered, "This is your order and I love this too, etc." My expectation from delivery is usually, "Here's your food, sign here." It's not "normal". This is the kind of service you receive when you're sitting at a table in a restaurant -- not in the comfort of your own home in your regular clothes.

Read moreThe worst experience anyone could get from a restaurant. I placed my order online. My order arrived about how long it would take which was fine but then it went all downhill. Come to fine out they didn't have any 2L soda left so they replaced it with 3 20oz bottles which doesn't equal 2L yet still charged me for the 2L. That's not the worst part about this whole experience. They charged me 4 different times on my debt card for the same order and I won't get the difference back till who knows.
