I wanted to give gratitude to a worker at this location, Craig. Craig was an employee who helped me with a complicated order ON BLACK FRIDAY! Even though there were almost 30 people in the queue, he handled my order with grace and patience. He answered every question I had with kindness and apologized profusely on the wait time, which I had no problem as I already knew coming in that my order would must likely take an extended period of time. The only negative response I have was the female manager who was chirping over his shoulder the entire time to rush me through the process so they could take care of more customers. Though I understand the need to get as many customers served in a timely fashion on a high volume shopping day, the constant nagging of this female manager I found unprofessional and rude, to me and also to Craig. Craig however, never faltered, remained polite to me as a customer and polite to the manager. Hence why I believe a positive review is needed for him and only him. I’m not usually a customer at this particular location as I’m not a resident of Green Bay, if every Spectrum store had a Craig, the experience would be 10/10 every interaction. Thank you Craig for your professionalism during a high volume day and making me as a customer feel catered to and appreciated. The manager however, I feel deserves a course in customer service and maintaining better professionalism...
Read moreI would give negative stars if I could. Spectrum sent technicians out to work on a line next to my house. I woke up yesterday morning to find them parked in my driveway, completely blocking it. I told them they needed to move. They moved, but then an hour later they were parked on the street, completely blocking my driveway. They were also in my front yard, which they didn't need to be as the pole they were working on is not on my property. I told them again to move and that they didn't have a right to block my driveway. They were also in my front yard when they didn't need to be, as the pokes they were working on are not on my property The foreman said it's perfectly legal to do so. My husband looked it up and it is ILLEGAL to do so in Wisconsin. He told me if I asked them nicely they would move. REALLY it is my property, I don't have to ask nicely. Spectrum takes easement clauses way too far. Yes, they can dig in my yard to lay cable, but if they don't need to be on my property or blocking my driveway. I called Spectrum twice to report it, I was told I would get a call back. I called again after work and was again told I would be contacted. Not a peep! Not only are their techs rude, their leadership stinks! Their call center people were nice, but that is the only praise they will be getting. BTW I am not a customer nor do I use...
Read moreThis place has the slowest service I've ever seen, anywhere. If I could give a place zero stars, I would.
I had the miserable experience of going to this store twice, both for simple equipment changes and waited almost 2 hours each time.
The second time I just had to return my equipment - I had even disconnected my service / account beforehand over the phone with customer service - I just needed to hand someone my box.
Employees constantly play 'musical chairs' getting up and moving to new desks after every patron, then taking 15 minutes to "log in". Employees just sitting there, not helping anyone, or getting up mid-assist to go into the back. Sometimes leaving the patron at the desk hanging 10-15 minutes.
Other times, someone with an appointment comes in, and the employee tells the patron already being helped they now need to wait to finish up as an appointment is here. Never seen behavior like that, either.
You'd think if Spectrum is making all this extra money jacking people's bills up every month, to the point where I was paying over $150 per month for internet (no cable, no phone, no add-on services), they could afford to hire a few effective employees.
My experience as a customer was so poor that I ended up dumping Spectrum for...
