Please read my edited review after owner was condensending

See below. Original review........ Ordered two pizzas to go. 1 is a cheese only medium. It came out burnt and a portion of the topping was gone becuase it was over cooked Cheese, sausage and onion. Medium Cooked decently.

A..... your server is rude. I gave her a 15.00 tip in a 47.00 bill. Couldn't even acknowledge or say thanks! Sorry....... i had to ask her finally if she was having a long day she responded yes and I asked her to look at my cc slip. She Didnt. I asked again then she said thanks. Thats all I wanted. I didn't want to call her out but guess what.....your rude comment caused me to reevaluate my review

Tavern style pizzas do not have burnt crust. Growing in Cicero,IL where we had 9 pizza.places in our town or near it. Including the original Home Run Inn on 31st street across the bridge from where I grew up. I know what a tavern style is. BTW yours cuts are like kid sized not original tavern style. I also made pizzas at the Original Bennys on 26th street in Berwyn. Rotating oven was in use. Please stop with the condensending attitude. Your pizza was Burnt.

An apology would have sufficed but you went to try to say I know nothing about making of a proper pizza. You are sadly mistaken.

Do I need to check if your crust is burnt. No I don't. What of the 4inch circle where the cheese bubbled and the cook popped it? No comment on that I see.

I don't want a free pizza. I certainly don't want an owner with an ego that a bad pizza couldn't possibly be made in his store to do me a favor. Mistakes happen. How about...

Avoid the Green Bay location at all costs. This is an insult to the real Riverside in the U.P. which we loved.Crust was not cracker thus and crispy. It thicker and chewy. They never sent us the text saying it was ready. If I hadn't gone in it would probably still be there. It certainly wasn't hot when I picked it up. We are going back to Sammy's or Gallaghers in the future.

Since there is no way to respond to their reply to my review, I will add it here. Two points, first I am not a competitor. I am just someone who enjoys pizza and theirs was disappointing. I lived in the U.P. for 20 years. We would drive to Riverside from Kingsford because their pizza was that good. I doubt the owners when they claim thousands have eaten at both places in the short time the Green Bay has been open. What really disappoints me is their response. Instead of wanting to understand more about my experience they insult me and claim I am biased. Someone once told me feedback is a gift. They obviously don't believe it. There are so many great pizza places in Green Bay unfortunately this is not one of them. If you like overpriced cold pizza with overbaked cardboard crust by all...

Where do I start. We really wanted to like this place. We walked in and were told to sit anywhere. After we were seated it took a bit before we were waited on but our waitress was pleasant and fairly busy. While we waited for our pizza at least 2 nearby tables were asked if they would like to try complimentary cheesy bread- tables right next to us. We did not receive that offer. Our pizza was cooked unevenly and there was SO MUCH SAUCE on it that it would've been impossible to pick it up to eat. The sauce was very salty, the sausage was buried in sauce and had no flavor or if it did have flavor it was completely masked by the sauce. The edges of the crust were nice and crispy but we never got to the inner pieces because we couldn't pick them up and no silverware was provided. From now on we will stick to our favorite pizza place which is about a mile...
