The fireworks are good there and the selection is nice. The bad about this place is the main lady that runs this place. She only wants to pick your fireworks out for you. I just spent $800 and really didn’t get to pick anything. I brought my family there so we can pick out fireworks for our 4th and none of us were able to pick anything. this lady just keeps telling us don’t worry there’s more in your budget there’s room don’t worry. The second we got In she basically rushed us through the store and threw everything in our cart and kept telling us there’s room don’t worry. Worse business owner I have ever met. So pushy and tries to make you buy all the more expensive fireworks so that you can’t get many with her discounts she offers. I literally was there for 5 mins while she just picked out our fireworks and wouldn’t let us do anything and raised our budget we planned on spending. Excellent selection, exceptionally wonderful customer service, and excellent pricing! I had a party this last weekend; a combination of house warming, a military reunion and my retirement party. Almost 100 people in attendance. Jeane helped me to make it wonderful, she was very helpful and quite compassionate to what I was trying to do. What really set her apart from others was she took the time to choreograph the fireworks display; she wrote out how I should light them off for the best effect. She was very kind with my daughter and gave us a box of sparklers, snaps, and such that all the kids loved.

Setup was a breeze and based on her guidance, everything went off wonderfully. We got a lot of compliments on how well done the fireworks were. WOW! It is July 4th 2023 here in Green Bay. Being on a limited budget, we decided to try Boom 92 for our boys. We took our 12-year-old son with us who is on the autism spectrum but just LOVES the 4th! Needless to say we were quite overwhelmed when we walked in, not knowing what to get or where to start. THEN we met Lily! She was SO KNOWLEDGELABLE, and sweet! We told her our budget, and she helped us pick out a GREAT display for our kiddos. Was also able to spin the wheel, and earn another gift plus a free gift for spending $100!! I cannot say enough about this class establishment !!
