If you can't Pad Thai about having Pad Thai with your significant Pad Thai, then this is the Pad Thai for you! Cozy atmosphere, just a few tables inside. Come after the lunch rush or after the dinner rush, and you'll have luck finding a table. You can always order take-out, and enjoy your Pad Thai at one of Astoria's riverfront parks. The view of the mighty Columbia River with the Washington hills in the distance is not to be missed. The yellow curry is Excellent, as is the Pad SII-EW. Food is served up from the kitchen HOT (temperature) so it will still be hot when you enjoy your take-out order. Fellow diners were also raving about their choices. The fresh veggie rice paper Rock'n Rolls with warm peanut sauce were excellent as were the Astoria Stickers. All sauces, noodles, etc are scratch house-made. Absolutely Outstanding. They will cater to your level of spice tolerance, no worries. And if you like it Thailand Hot, you can by golly have it!

If I could give this place 100✨✨✨ I would. Great experience and first visit. I took my 72 year old father who is a native Oregonian and a Native Astorian here for his birthday. He ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. The food was MORE then worth any wait. Great staff and felt at home, great hospitality. The chef is the owner and works solo, it gets busy but so worth any time to wait. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you for the great food and service you both made my fathers birthday 7/30/21...he is still taking about the experience this morning so very grateful 💯❤️....See you guys soon, Robin

Great food!!! Wonderful curries. Great choices for vegetarians and pescetarians. This place is tiny but cozy. There are only 4 tables and they can seat maybe 20 people max during non-covid times, so you have to plan coming here carefully to increase your chances to find a table. We have had to go somewhere else a couple times because there was no seating available. This is a great, unique restaurant that serves non-American dishes. Know that they have beers too!!! You're not going to see beers on the menu but you can ask for them. We will come back here often!!!

Stayed in nearby Seaside, Oregon for a 3 day 4th of July vacation. We wanted to give the new Thai place a shot. Google and Yelp had all 5 star reviews so far. Thai food is one of our favorite cuisines. Every city we go to, it's one of the first choices that we look for. Ranging from some of the best like Pok Pok in Portland and Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas to some of the worst like any Thai restaurant set up in your neighborhood mall food court. We walked into the restaurant and were greeted with live music played in the corner. It was a nice touch but we preferred to sit away from the noise, so we sat in the back corner near the bathroom. We ordered the pineapple fried rice and chicken red curry. Fried rice came out greasier than most fried rice dishes that we've had. They used frozen peas and carrots with onions and the flavor was okay. Definitely would not order again. The red curry came out with lots of sliced purple eggplant and bamboo shoots. Red curry normally is my favorite dish, but there is something to be said about overwhelming the broth with too many vegetables, in this case eggplant. The flavor was just ordinary. Nothing that blew me away. It wasnt sweet like I would taste with coconut milk in most curries. Overall, we were disappointed with the food. But the real reason why I choose to post this review is because of the service provided by our waitress was 0 stars out of 5. First off, she never smiled or gave us her name. Second, when the food was ready, she slammed it down on the table. We ordered a curry based soup but were given only forks to use. Try eating a soup with a fork. When my wife asked for the spice rack, she didnt even acknowledge her request and returned with the spice rack without a word spoken. When it came time to pay, we left the cash on the table as we were getting ready to leave, my wife told her to keep the change, we left $45 on a $40 bill. She didnt even say thank you. We know that 15% is recommended but this lady didnt even deserve 1.5%. I honestly wished that we gave the $5 to the guy who was playing the guitar because he was the coolest thing this place has going and we dont even care about the music. The waitress needs to find a different gig because serving guests is not her strong suit. The restaurant had openings available and their criteria said that you had to be nice and friendly. I sure hope that they find that person because she sure wasnt our server last night. So disappointed. If I could give zero stars for service, I certainly would. Avoid this place unless you dont care about guest hospitality and crave average Thai food. I'd rather spend my...

The food was fine except not spicy when we asked for level 4 spice and served in tiny dishes that made it very hard to mix with rice. The atmosphere is cute but confusing because it was Cuban music and decor in a Thai restaurant. All of that would have been fine and not a big deal but I would give this place zero stars if I could because the service was abysmal.

We ordered potstickers that never came and twice my boyfriend asked for a beer and was never given one but pretty sure we were charged for it because the final bill was more than the price of the food we ordered.

We were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered and the server wrote our order down so not sure how he could forget. We also watched him screw up a takeout order—forgot to give them rice so they had to come back and the order of the table next to us—-gave the woman a dish with tofu when she had ordered chicken. They remade the dish for her and then he served it to another table. That third table ordered wine and they never received it. There were 6 customers total in the restaurant while we were eating so it was by no means busy. The server spent most of him time standing around or on his phone and has absolutely no business being in the restaurant industry. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and I highly recommend steering clear of...

How this restaurant got such good reviews is beyond me. The food was fine, however everything else about the place was bad:

Service was slow. We had a party of six and they served one person at a time. So, if the person didn't want his food to get cold, he had to eat his meal right away. By the time one person finished, another person would finally be served. So, by the time the sixth person finally got his food the rest of us were already done.

Staff was rude. It was like we were burdening them by wanting food at their restaurant. Gee, sorry we're patronizing your establishment!

Portions were dinky. Although the food was fine, the portions were small. Way too small considering your price. What about those of us who'd like a decent sized meal?! I don't expect super-sized meals, but more than a side dish. C'mon, man!

Prices were too steep. For the price, I'd expect a lot more food and better customer service. C'mon, man!

Strange Cuban vibe. Cuban music and art adorned the wall. I'm a big fan of Cuban culture, but I'm at a Thai restaurant. Why the disconnect?

In conclusion, ixnay on the...
