Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Athens

I've been to many Donato's all over the state. It's a great company and they generally make a good product. The Athens Donato's is a glaring exception. The first time I went to this restaurant, it was a sad disappointment. But I'll always give a place another chance. Tonight only confirmed what a poorly run restaurant this is. They got the order completely wrong, it was under-cooked and and the girl even acknowledged they didn't do it right. When I asked them to correct the order, the gal just shoved the pizza at me and walked away. I ordered an individual pizza and 6 pieces of hot wings for lunch today and was having issues with my debit card,I had to call the cardholder to straighten it out and then when I tried to pay for my food the manager insisted that she was going to buy my lunch today out of her own pocket!!! That was super kind of her to do and hopefully someone at a higher level will see this and give that girl a pay raise!!! Donatos in Athens is our favorite. But have been disappointed the last two times we have been in there.
